Intense aroma showing all the classic characteristics of the native land of Mas La Plana, together with notes of truffle, toast and wild red berry conserve. Great body and breadth on the palate, with juicy tannins that become balanced and elegant.

Dark in hue and almost opaque. It is fragrant and mineral on the nose; while on the palate it is luxurious and oily, but also silky and with a long finish. This darkly coloured wine is reminiscent of jam and liquorish, over a smooth spicy and toasted background, which comes from The French oak barrels.

Sweet floral aromatics emerge from the Gattinara. This deceptively medium-bodied wine shows good depth in its red fruit, but at times comes across as a touch fragile and fleeting. Nevertheless, it is an attractive, representative Gattinara well-suited for drinking over the next few years. Anticipated maturity 2012-2018.

On the palate, intense dark fruit, sweet vanilla combine with a smoky-oak to give a long rich mouth feel that finishes with balanced acidity and moderate, velvety tannins.

Brilliantly clear colour with aromas of fleshy agave, citrus and sweet floral. Initial spiciness on a background of herbs, fresh agave and white pepper. It is exceptionally well balanced with no bite or burn.

Named for founder Mario Trinchero, this rare jewel of a site surrounds our winery in St. Helena (Napa Valley). This wine is lush, with aromas of warm fig, cassis, fresh plum and mocha. Concentrated blackberries, wild raspberries and black tea flavors are complemented with a soft texture and satin-smooth finish.

This is a rich, plush, velvety deep red wine. The nose is redolent of ripe blackberries and black cherry, mingled with soft and inviting accents of rosehip. Fragrant yet subtle notes of black tea and cinnamon are a legacy of time spent in barrels of French oak. The Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Cask Finish Highland Single Malt has hints of red summer fruit, chocolate and a sweet spice on the finish from the Chateau de Chassagne-Montrachet barriques.

The whisky is unique as it is cut with pure filtered desalinated ocean water. Aromas include caramel, vanilla, a touch of grain whisky, light honey, some floral and red apples. On the palate caramel, red apples, vanilla, hazelnut and a touch of chocolate.

No fewer than 50 individual wines make up this cuvée. The traditional proportions for Demi Sec are: 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, 20 to 25 % Chardonnay. Demi Sec shows rich praline and hints of toast.

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, sourced from the most invaluable vineyards purchased by Madame Clicquot, harvested by hand, pressed and vinified cru by cru, vineyard by vineyard. Aged for a minimum of 8 years in the chalk cellars. A dedicated bottle inspired by those used in the time of Madame Clicquot, sealed to guarantee the authenticity of this precious wine.

The Rich is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and chardonnay grapes. Citrus and floral notes are found on the palate, which are balanced with the dynamic freshness and creamy finish common to all expressions of Veuve Clicquot.

Pinot Noir together with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier produce Veuve Clicquot’s rosé’s beautiful salmon colour and flavour characteristics of raspberry, red cherry, toast, biscuits and spice. Dry in style with well-integrated mousse and long persistence on the palate.

Vintage Brut 2012 is Veuve Clicquot’s 66th vintage champagne release, it is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes The uniqueness of the Vintage 2012 lies in the addition of 11% of wines aged in large wooden casks (foudres), bringing strength and aromatic intensity. The cask-aged wines act as spices to the blend, bringing very lightly woody, vanilla and toasted aromas.

Yellow Label is the signature of Veuve Clicquot’s quality and style. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus(vineyards) go to the blending of Yellow Label. This golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla.

Made primarily with the Mencia grape varietal. This wine is mostly red-fruited, very fresh and texturally inviting with some mineral notes.

Aged 24 months in American oak barrels. The colour is a light polished oak. Taste is of perfect structure, soft and clean. Sweet agave, vanilla and citrus. The finish is lingering caramel and candied fruit. Slight warmth and spice. Incredible smoothness.

This red wine reveals the delicacy and beauty of Touriga Franca, the variety that gives a floral and fruity side.

Waterproof is a Sherry-influenced malt whisky from a handful of top distilleries, it is a balanced and “sherry-influenced” dram. This complex whisky has fruit characteristics.

Whisky made the Canadian way; locally sourced grains are individually distilled, matured and blended, then finished in ice-wine casks from our Wayne Gretzky winery. This process polishes the whisky, adding rich oak and spice, along with sweet notes, balancing all of the elements to produce a refined and smooth whisky.

A deep amber bronze coloured whisky. At first swirl of the glass, look for top notes of toffee, spice and grain with a touch of maple sap and sweet smoke. After adding a touch of water, added notes of orange peel, ginger, almond, cinnamon, star anise, vanilla, and tree fruit develop. The mouth-feel is smooth, rich and full, with deep notes of baked cherry, raisin, dried spice, nut and licorice root. The finish is long and lingering with a smooth texture, and flavours of spicy clove, nut and grain.

Maturation in our handcrafted white oak barrels, the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring, creates Woodford Reserve Double Oaked - a smooth, full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices; a long and creamy finish with lingering hints of honeyed apple.

Five sources of flavour have been customized for this craft bourbon. The first includes mineral rich iron-free water. The second ingredient is a unique grain recipe including corn, malted barley and rye which gives it its feisty spice character. The third is our unique cypress fermenters, the fourth is we distill in our customized copper pot stills, and lastly we mature in our own white oak barrels.

The nose is fruity. Notes of molasses and spice. The palate is fruity and a little spirity. There are notes of banana and Demerara as well as spice and a little oak. The finish is long and spiced.

This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey features a handpicked blend of 4- and 7-year-old bourbons, for an exclusive old-fashioned whiskey that honors its deep family origins. Bright gold in colour, aromas of honey, vanilla, caramel and smoky oak and flavours of spicy rye, coconut, vanilla and ginger.

This flavoured rum is golden amber in colour and has been crafted with natural flavours of cocoa, banana and spice. Aromas of banana, citrus, tropical fruit and spice lead to flavours of vanilla, banana, dark chocolate and black pepper.

Zaya Gran Reserva is a blend of selected rums. Deep bronze amber in colour; aromas of baked fruit and spiced vanilla followed by  flavours of caramel, spice, toasted oak and a wisp of smoke.

Very fresh and complex with subtle aromas of red fruit, mountain herbs and graphite. Lots of purple fruit with blackberry and blueberry aromas, as well as cement and stone.

Violet colour with deep blue hues. Spicy and smoky notes; subtle and distinguished. The entry is elegant and silky. The tannins reflect the vineyard's calcareous soil. A fresh blend with great personality.
