The Shiraz is the brooding component that brings the core of dark fruits, liquorice and round ripe tannins. The Grenache is focused in the red and blue fruits spectrum and delivers plushness to the final blend. Last but definitely not least the Mataro brings spice and finer tannins, pulling the structure together and giving the wine drive. The resulting wine is complex and layered in a soft approachable style.

The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Antigal Uno Cabernet is hand harvested from heavily pruned vines in the Uco Valley of Argentina. The gravity fed technology allows for gentle handling protecting the fruits true varietal flavour and well balanced acidity. This wine is a beautiful ruby red with flashes of black. Cherry dominate flavours are underscored with white pepper, tobacco and cocoa. Tannins are robust and rounded allowing a long finish.

Uno Malbec shows the optimally ripe grapes of Antigal's high-lying Uco Valley vineyards. Intense red in colour, this wine is made in a new style of Malbec that substitutes multi-layered elegance for powerhouse intensity. The wine shows mouth-filling black and red fruit on the palate. Cedar, chocolate and vanilla spice notes are supported by smooth firm tannins.

Crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours. This is a blend of pot and column still rums which have been aged for an average of 4 years. Colour Burnished gold Nose At bottle strength the influence of the two styles of maturation casks complement each other producing a full-bodied smooth aroma. The maturity that shows through comes from the America barrels and the spicy creamy nose from the old style smaller casks. A touch of water allows the full complexity of the Highland Peated Malt to appear. The rich softness linked with smooth, slightly dry aroma is combined with just enough earthy peat smoke to avoid being overpowering. Palate At bottle strength the full rich flavours burst and fill the mouth with a creamy peat tang and a touch of vanilla’s soft gentleness. If a touch of water is added then the flavours increase with the addition of a sweet ripe fruit start followed by the tang of peat.

The palate is smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime.

Aviation American Gin takes advantage of the rich, floral and savoury flavour notes of unconventional botanicals such as Lavender and Indian Sarsaparilla, giving it delicate blending of both the floral and sweet spice.
