This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

Ruby red in colour. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft and silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

Deep garnet, velvety-red in colour, Bolla Amarone offers aromas of wild-cherry jam, spice and hints of cedar. It delivers rich, dry, black-cherry flavours and a finish that is long, round, and persistent with cacao and spice.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is very comples with green apples, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers, acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and spices. The taste is light with livelinees and balanced acidity.

Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco is a Brut sparkling wine, obtained by Glera grapes grown according to classic, traditional techniques in the province of Treviso. Straw yellow with gold reflexes, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet includes apple, white peach, citrus and delcate floral notes. The taste is crisp and delicate.

Bottega Rose Gold is a Brut rosé sparkling wine obtained through vinification of Pinot Noir grapes. Subltle pink in colour with bouquet of mixed berries, currants, wild straweberries and floral notes. Balanced acidity and flavours that are consistent to the aroma.

A great wine suitable for long aging. Expect a garnet colour with orange hues that become more intense over time. Intense scent of red fruit and violets. The taste is full, wide and velvety with a finish of spices and a hint of vanilla. To be uncorked and decanted at least one hour before tasting.

This dry ruby coloured wine features medium woody, floral, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture as well as firm tannins.

This sparkling wine is made with Macabeo, Xarel-lo and parellada grapes. A very pale straw yellow with a fine elegant mousse. Prominent on the nose are the typical fruity aromas of these traditional varietals. A pleasant, fresh and balanced mouth feel.

Pale straw in colour. Attractive crisp fresh fruity nose. A refreshing, easy drinking sparkling wine with fresh fruit flavours, delicate creamy mouthfeel and crisp, clean finish with balanced acidity.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Barbaresco is ruby-red, with a fully developed nose of light vanilla, intense underbrush and violets. On the palate ripe plum, blueberries, violet, hints of licorice, cinnamon and tobacco.

Has an attractive ruby-red colour with garnet highlights which become orange with the passing of time. Its bouquet is clean, full, and intense, with the wine’s typical traces of withered flowers, dry leaves and underbrush. Has a warm, soft, lingering taste, which is full, velvety and well-balanced.

Ruby-red with garnet highlights, aromas of withered roses, violets, tobacco, underbrush, spices, and a slight touch of vanilla. Dense, closely-woven tannins show on the palate, which starts out smooth, almost velvety, and then explodes with fruit, nicely balanced by a sharp freshness.

This wine has a delicate bouquet with hints of wild berries and violets complimented with lightly spiced notes. This wine has a soft, mild finish.

Cordon Negro Brut, our flagship brand, is a light modern Cava appreciated for its refreshing style. Created from a special blend of the three traditional, indigenous Penedès varietals, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Fine delicate aromas of green apple and pear.

Castelgiocondo Brunello is a lively, luminous ruby -red colour with vermillion highlights. The nose offers a melange of berries, among which, blackberry dominates with floral notes of violets. Spicy black pepper and cardamom, followed by fresh notes of juniper, and toasted coffee and hazelnuts. The texture is dense with elegant tannins, full bodied. The finish is very long and warm; spicy notes are joined by equally intense fruity notes.

Mumm Cordon Rouge is the signture cuvee of maison Mumm. This eceptional brut champagne blend is a composition of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes. It has been aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm’s cellars. Scents of succulent white and yellow fruits entice, with hints of lychee, pineapple, praline. Appetizing aromas of pastry – yeast, brioche – heighten the anticipation. Vibrant freshness exciteS the palate. Complex and perfectly balanced, the wine reveals rounded, elegant flavors of fruit and caramel.

The grape varieties used in variable proportions are: Airen Ugnic Blanc, Colombard, Durello and Chardonnay. Pale straw colour, with a fine bubble structure and open floral notes. Medium-dry in style, with soft strawberry aromas and a rich, round mouth-feel. Various red fruit characters and a delicate nutty flavour on the palate.

A very intense ruby red in colour, this vintage shows a nose with captivating notes of ripe fruit (blackberries, plums, and wild cherries) which perfectly reflect the characteristics of the growing season. On the palate the wine is well structured, with supple tannins which are both sweet and rounded; the lengthy finish promises long life and the aftertaste recalls, together, notes of ripe fruit and licorice.

The nose is remarkably rich, showing aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and dried plum. In the mouth, a clean vibrant acidity, silky, well integrated tannins which contribute to an impressive elegance.

This Chianti Rufina boasts a ruby red colour; and is luminous and brilliant. The nose opens with very ripe fruits which include cherry, strawberry and raspberry;  followed by sweet scents of cotton candy, wild rose and notes of walnut and walnut husks. Spicy notes follow such as cloves, star anise; the finish is minerally. The palate is persistent and fresh, very smooth.

The color is a purple red with violet reflections. On the nose, cherry is prevalent followed by strawberry and raspberry with floral sensations of rose and classic sugared almond. The palate is soft, warm, vinous, pleasantly balanced. The finish is persistent, with round notes that return to cherry in the aftertaste.

This famous sparkling wine is created from Moscato Bianco grape. Lightly aromatised with scents of fresh grape, melon, peach and brioche. Sweet, smooth and elegant in the mouth with a harmonious finish.

A bright ruby colour, a marked perfume of raspberry and blackberry with hints of violets and irises and a full candid flavour with a pleasant lingering background of berry jam and almonds.

The Glera grapes are from the province of Treviso, an area that has always produced high quality Prosecco.This well-structured sparkling Prosecco stands out for its luminous straw yellow hue and for its emphatic yet stylish mousse. The bouquet is redolent of Golden Delicious apple, while the palate is appealingly marked by aromatic notes of honey, black liquorice, and acacia blossom.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Glowing pink with amber highlights. An intense bouquet of red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry): floral nuances of rose and a hint of pepper. An expressive palate combining intensity and suppleness: the juicy, persistent intensity of berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant); the fleshiness and firmness of peach; and the freshness of a subtle note of menthol.

Mumm Napa Brut Prestige opens with gorgeous layered white blossom aromas, followed by creamy vanilla, citrus, stone fruit and melon. Yeast aging contributes subtle aged flavours of biscuit, bread dough, white blossoms and mocha, and layers of creamy texture. The wine is medium-bodied, with elegant acidity, crisp structure, excellent mousse and a rich, lingering finish.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which give the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. We harvest the fruit early and use neutral yeasts to accentuate the Chardonnay varietal character. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

The cuvee brut is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. A juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine with great fruit, a good mouthfeel and a harmonious balance.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

The Blanc de Blancs is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. It is produced in limited quantities, and has been aged for 6 years in our cellars before being released onto the market. Pale straw shot through with delicate green. Fruit dominates the nose, a veritable basket of ripe fruit, or candied lemon and grapefruit with a subtle backbone of freshness and minerality. Finesse and purity are this wine’s signature. On the palate a warmer aspect, typical of the vintage, appears: fleshy fruit sits happily alongside notes of vanilla, cinnamon and marshmallow giving a lovely complexity to the whole. The wine is round and mouth filling with great balance.

Risata Moscato d’Asti is fresh, fragrant and frizzante with vibrant flavours and aromas of ripe stone fruit, tangerines and honey. The wine is concentrated and flavourful, but not overly rich, heavy or sweet, yet is balanced.

Pale ruby red in colour; floral and fruity aromas lead to lightly spicy scents of white pepper and hazelnut; medium-bodied and well-balanced.

Ruby red in colour, with garnet hues; fragrant, sweet cherry and red berry fruit notes; delicately spicy hints of tobacco and white pepper lead into aromas of roses and a touch of flint; well-balanced with velvety tannins and good acidity, a fruity core spiced with cacao and clove; lingering finish of rosemary and figs.

The colour is an intense ruby red with faintly garnet tones. The initial aromatic sensations are sweetish and vanilla-like, typical of wines matured in barriques. The clean, ethereal bouquet then highlights Sangiovese's spicy notes. On the palate we find again very well-integrated oak which soon gives way to hints of wild berries and fruit preserve and to that nuance of spices perceived in the nose.

The Glera grapes are grown in the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene which is Synonymous with the finest Prosecco Superiore and DOCG status. This sparkling wine has fine, lively bubbles that dance within its bright straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. Its lovely aromas include ripe pineapples, peaches, and Rennet apples as well as delicate florals. Its finish is bright and dry, yet sweet on the palatrol.

Bright, light strawberry pink with a pale rim. A fine, abundant and consistent mousse, rising to a good crown. Youthful fruit aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and grenadine. Refreshing on the palate, full of cherry fruit and a light acidity with a soft finish to the back of the palate.

Blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarel-lo with minimum 15 months bottle ageing. Fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the principal defining characteristics of this Cava. Elegant, persistent mousse, aromas of white fruits.

The blend consists of 67% Macabeo and 33% Parellada. Aged in the bottle for more than 30 months. Straw yellow in colour with a small, fine plentiful mousse. Hints of honey, white fruit and flower petals.

White peach and golden hues, flatter the orchard fruit and ripe strawberry aromas. Complements of toasted nut and red berries linger with a soft and creamy floral mousse finish.

Filodora sparkling Prosecco is the result of the strict selection and careful vinification of Glera grapes grown on the gentle hills of the Valdobbiadene area. Light straw yellow and bright. Elegant, white and lively foam, with very fine and thin perlage. Floral nose with hints of acacia, wisteria flowers and wisps of spice. On the palate it's crisp with a fine fruity finish.

Sweet floral aromatics emerge from the Gattinara. This deceptively medium-bodied wine shows good depth in its red fruit, but at times comes across as a touch fragile and fleeting. Nevertheless, it is an attractive, representative Gattinara well-suited for drinking over the next few years. Anticipated maturity 2012-2018.

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, sourced from the most invaluable vineyards purchased by Madame Clicquot, harvested by hand, pressed and vinified cru by cru, vineyard by vineyard. Aged for a minimum of 8 years in the chalk cellars. A dedicated bottle inspired by those used in the time of Madame Clicquot, sealed to guarantee the authenticity of this precious wine.

Yellow Label is the signature of Veuve Clicquot’s quality and style. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus(vineyards) go to the blending of Yellow Label. This golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla.

This Chianti Classico has a clear, dark, ruby colour; full complex bouquet with strong notes of red fruits, irises, and hints of vanilla. The flavour is full generous, warm and savoury with an elegant aftertaste of woodland undergrowth and toasted almonds. It can be kept longer than usual, and improves with time.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.

Cuvée 1821 represents the symbol of a success story founded in 1821. This sparkling wine is made fromm 100% Glera grapes. The bouquet is attractively intense; very fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples. Crisp and well balanced.
