The grapes for Barefoot Pink Pinot Grigio were harvested at optimum ripeness during cool night temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. The winemaker selected particularly aromatic yeast strains and employed a moderate fermentation process, which together have enhanced the natural flavours and expressive mouthfeel of this wine. Proper storage after fermentation has preserved the natural bright flavours and balance in the wine.

Very intense and fruity aromas with notes of forest fruit, combined with spicy notes such as pink peppercorn, bay leaf, rosemary, black truffle, and subtle aromas of roasted coffee bean imparted by ageing in French oak. The Baron Samedi features Caribbean column still rum and a small amount of Jamaican pot still rum. It is made up of 100% natural ingredients including vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon and a signature spice, Haitian Vetiver - a bunch of grass that adds earthy and woody notes. Toasted brown with amber hues. Notes of dried fruit, cherry, vanilla and toasted oak lead to sweet ambrosia and charred oak on the palate.

Basil Hayden toast is dark amber in colour with aromas and flavours of toasted oak that are complemented by dried fruit and caramelized sugar.

This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. The result is aromas of sweet vanilla, oak and a touch of light fruit are followed by the taste is of spice, oak, hints of caramel, tobacco and warm cinnamon.
