On the nose, a complex of aromas including anise, cut grass, white flowers and lime citrus mingle seamlessly. Dry and full bodied, the palate is very intense and well extracted, with great tension between acidity and richness on the attack and in the middle. Crisp yellow plum, Granny Smith apple and green melon flavours are present throughout, and carry on to the finish alongside mouth-watering acidity and crushed-stone minerality.

The 2018 Belle-Vue includes five grapes in the blend for the first time. 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Carménère. Deep garnet - purple colour. It sings of chocolate - covered cherries, fresh red and black currants and black raspberry scents with hints of wild sage, pencil lead and lavender. Fresh - tasting with a chewy texture and a mineral - tinged finish.

The opulent ripe yellow fruit with pineapple and mango as well as a hint of elderberries and a pinch of salt in the aftertaste make this wine memorable. Very well balanced with lots of facets. Golden hued, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas and layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavours.

Cortese grapes have been manually harvested and the wine spends a minimum of 3 moths in steel tanks. Straw yellow with brilliant green hues with floral and fruity notes and very fine hints of exotic fruits and white peach. Harmonious, elegant with great fragrance and a pleasing roundness.

Risata Moscato d’Asti is fresh, fragrant and frizzante with vibrant flavours and aromas of ripe stone fruit, tangerines and honey. The wine is concentrated and flavourful, but not overly rich, heavy or sweet, yet is balanced.

Mtsvane grapes from the Kakheti region are used for this white wine. It displays dominant aromas of yellow fruits and hints of wild flowers, and has a light acidity and long finish.

Pale gold in colour and aromatically very intense. Elegant herbaceous notes of fennel with interesting citrusy lemon and pineapple notes. The wine is crisp and unfolds pleasantly across the palate, revealing mango and peach notes.
