A deep ruby red colour with a bouquet of cherry, red plum, violet, and spice. This Sangiovese has soft drying tannins and flavours of cherry and spice, which also linger on the finish with an added note of dried mushroom.

Following fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. Cherry red colour with a thin terracotta edge, reflecting longer barrel age. Complex aromas of dark fruits, toffee and balsamic as well as some mineral notes. Silky, refreshing, well balanced fruit and noticeable spicy oak characteristics. Elegant, persistent, satisfying finish. Ageing potential 5-8years.

A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale color is pleasing to the eye. Very pale pink and perfumed. Focused fruit and notably crisp with a fine dry finish.

Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. Subtle subtle aromas and flavours of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.

Light straw colour. Aroma of citrus and jasmine. Lively flavour with light, fresh acidity along with nectarine and lychee notes.

Medium tawny. Lifted aromas of ripe dark fruit and nuts with barrel aged characters. Wonderfully integrated fruit, almond, chocolate and nutty flavours together with barrel aged characters combine to give a persistent flavoursome palate.

Pale straw in colour. Attractive crisp fresh fruity nose. A refreshing, easy drinking sparkling wine with fresh fruit flavours, delicate creamy mouthfeel and crisp, clean finish with balanced acidity.

It's bright raspberry and cherry flavours marry well with cocoa power and mineral notes with the drier finish characteristic of Dow's Ports.

The grapes come from selected vineyards that grow in the Aconcagua and Maipo Valleys. 70% of the wine was aged in barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic ruby-red colour, with a nose that shows aromas of red fruit such as sour cherries and strawberries intermingled with spicy flavours along with black pepper and tobacco. The medium-bodied palate is juicy with a good level of acidity and friendly tannins that lead to a pleasant finish.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

Pale tawny colour, aromas of almonds, pecans, maple and raisins; sweet raisin pie, caramel, walnut and fig flavours.

In the mouth it has a good volume, balanced, with a balanced acidity and firm tannins. Round, with long medium persistence.

Clean and bright, lemon-green in color. This organic Sauvignon Blanc has a tangy freshness and lively fruit flavors of passion fruit, lime and citrus. On the palate it is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, and has a crisp acidity which provides vibrancy and length on the pleasing finish.

Fragrant bouquet of grapes and cherries with a hint of violets; dry, clean, very pleasant flavour with an attractive lingering, slightly bitter aftertaste of green almonds.

All-natural Strawberry and watermelon flavours.

Our Old Vine Zinfandel has a gnarly core of rich, dark berry flavours with layers of spice, plum, pepper and vanilla balanced by light hint of toasted oak. Break out a bottle Gnarly Old Vine Zin and pair with BBQ pork ribs, Mom’s favourite Chilli or steak fajitas.

Varietals in this blend are: Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A deep ruby red coloured wine has a fruit-forward bouquet of cherry and blue plum, accented by smoky oak, cigar box, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, flavours of cherries and plum mingle with spice and sweet vanilla notes. Ripe cherry fruit, chocolate, black pepper, Chai spice, and earth notes on the finish.

With a pale lemon hue, this artfully blended wine has rich aromas of mango, lychee, spice and muscatel raisins. The flavours suggest layers of spice and ripe fruit, including sweet grapefruit. The texture is rich and full, with fruit flavours that persist in a long finish. Served chilled, this versatile wine is appealing on its own, in the picnic basket, with salads or poultry or light meat dishes.

A blend built on Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This red blend is focused and generous, open textured and inviting, offering cherry, currant, red plum, and raspberry jam flavours.

A combination of the fruit aromas of plum and blackberry with spice, pepper and cinnamon which then follows through onto the palate. Shiraz is a wonderful wine to couple with food and in particular succulent red meat dished and tomato-based pasta.

The Pinot Noir grapes have been sourced from different regions in California. Aging has occurred in new and old French oak. Aromas of cherries and cherry cola with notes of toasted cedar and baking spices. The wine opens with bright fruit flavors followed by soft, velvety tannins on the mid-palate and a long, elegant finish.

Aromas of pineapple, mango, peach and citrus. On the palate, the wine opens with ripe, tropical fruit flavors followed by crisp, refreshing acidity on the mid-palate and a long, clean, balanced finish.

Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of rich, dark fruits and baking spices on the nose, which yield fresh plum and blackberry fruit, violet, dried fig, vanilla bean and Chinese Five-Spice. The wine is juicy with plum and blackberry flavours prominent, layered with smoky and sappy maple wood, roasted almonds and hazelnuts that finishes long with fine, firm tannins.

Balanced with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus married with subtle oak notes. The palate is bright and fresh, with lingering flavours of juicy yellow peaches, lemon oil, and crème brulee. The wine shows great, soft texture and finishes long.

Kim Crawford Illuminate Rosé has bright aromas of watermelon along with rich berry and floral notes. Elegant with crisp acidity, fresh berry flavours and a long finish.

Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromatics of passion fruit and guava. Elegant, yet full-flavoured. Crisp acidity is highlighted with a refreshing herbal finish.

This vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon exudes aromas of raspberry, mulberry and cracked black pepper with hints of cigar box, herbs and cedary oak. The well balanced tannin structure ensures a full and lingering finish.

Bright yellow colour. This wine has notes of ripe fruits such as pineapple and peach. Very flavourable wine with fruity notes and balanced acidity. Refreshing with a long finish.

Pale straw colour. Aromatic with notes of citrus and melon. Flavourful wine with balanced acidity.

This sparkling wines blend consists of Macabeo 30%, Xarel-lo 40% and Parellada 30%. Attractive pale gold colour, Fine and constant bubbles, and clean aroma which is dominated by the primary aromas of the fruit. Lingering acidity with hints of white fruits.

Dark jammy fruit flavours of blackberry, black cherry and a hint of nutmeg.

A blend of mainly Grenache and Syrah. The vineyards have been organically certified by Ecocert. Lovely dark, garnet color. Bouquet of red berries with lots of black Grenache character. Rich and ample, fruits and spices are extremely present in mouth. Silky tannins, elegant and pleasing mouth.

Styled to be fuller in body and structure than most of Jadot's Mâconnais wines, it is partially fermented and aged in oak casks to add breadth to the ripe fruit notes. An excellent balance of medium-full fruit and acidity on the palate and a lingering finish. Perfect with hors d'oeuvres, white meats, poultry, sea fruits, grilled fish and goat cheese. It is best served chilled.

This wine has ripe flavours of black plum jam and black currant, a reflection of the warmer vintage. Hints of oak and a touch of baking spice support the fruit.

Lemon - tinted pale gold colour. Aromatic with notes of citrus zest and Acacia blossom followed by a light touch of roasted hazelnuts. Great balance and long finish.

The palate bursts with white peach, cantaloupe, Cape gooseberry and green apple underscored by green tea and a ripe herbal backbone. Long citrus and a mineral finish, with linear acidity balanced by a creamy mouthfeel.
