Styled to be fuller in body and structure than most of Jadot's Mâconnais wines, it is partially fermented and aged in oak casks to add breadth to the ripe fruit notes. An excellent balance of medium-full fruit and acidity on the palate and a lingering finish. Perfect with hors d'oeuvres, white meats, poultry, sea fruits, grilled fish and goat cheese. It is best served chilled.

This Chianti Rufina boasts a ruby red colour; and is luminous and brilliant. This light sparkling is comprised of 100% Lambrusco grapes. This wine-staining magenta hue signals densely concentrated flavours of ripe plum, crushed raspberry and black cherry. A black loam earthiness underlies those fruit flavours, and a firm mousse propels the flavours forward to a refreshing finish.

Cordillera Carmenere has its origin in the famous Terroir of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. Intense, ruby colour. On the nose there is a wonderful fruits of the forest, eucalyptus, leather, toasted notes of bay and clove, licorice, and black pepper. Very ample palate with rounded tannins and flavourful with notes of bay leaves and mint.

The Glera grapes are from the province of Treviso, an area that has always produced high quality Prosecco.This well-structured sparkling Prosecco stands out for its luminous straw yellow hue and for its emphatic yet stylish mousse. The bouquet is redolent of Golden Delicious apple, while the palate is appealingly marked by aromatic notes of honey, black liquorice, and acacia blossom.
