Crystal Head is made with high quality peaches and cream corn that is distilled four times into a neutral grain gluten-free spirit and blended with pristine water from Newfoundland, Canada. Mantuano is a blend of rums that have been aged for up to 8 years. Aromas of dried plums, oak and a delicate spiciness are followed by flavours of dried fruits, wood and vanilla.

A complex blend of Copper pot still rums aged for 12 long years, has a characterful nose, showing fruit cake, rum'n'raisin ice cream, cocoa, dried ginger, cinnamon and clove. Develops baked bananas with fudge sauce and chewy toffee notes alongside vanilla oak and a deeper note of syrupy gingerbread, with hints of orange zest. The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose.

This blueberry gin is made with only the highest-quality ingredients and handcrafted in small batches. Anticipate light notes of juniper and a hint of blueberry. It's medium-bodied and fruity with a long-lasting finish. Serve well-chilled alongside blueberry pie.

We have combined Raspberry with a hint of Blood Orange to create the most flavorful Gin. Our handcrafted, small-batch gin is light on juniper with refreshing raspberry flavor and subtle hint of blood orange.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Lively with mineral notes on the nose, with a tonic and astringent finish.

Don Julio 1942 Anejo Tequila is handcrafted in tribute to the year that Don Julio Gonzalez began his tequila-making journey. Produced in small batches and aged for a minimum of two and a half years in oak barrels. Golden hue colour leads way to aromas of agave, vanilla and oak then to flavours of oak, pepper, cinnamon, sun-ripened tropical fruits and spice.

This limited edition release is smooth in character with highlights of vanilla, honey and toasted oak. The finish has lingering hints of oak followed by a clean, warm finish.

Don Julio Anejo has been barrel aged in smaller batches for eighteen months in American white-oak barrels. Rich, distinctive and wonderfully complex, its flavor strikes the perfect balance between agave, wood and hints of vanilla. Best experienced neat in a snifter or simply on the rocks.

During the barrel mellowing, this tequila mingles with the light essence of orange peels, creating a perfect balance of flavors. It has a full-bodied flavour of honeyed agave with a hint of spice, and a light, citrus finish.

Don Julio Reposado is a rich, smooth tequila with inviting aromas of mellow lemon citrus notes and spice layers with touches of ripe stone fruit. DON JULIO Blanco is commonly referred to as "silver" tequila, its crisp agave flavour and hints of citrus make it an essential component to a variety of innovative drinks including margaritas. It can also be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin fuses together spices from the Orient with local botanicals and gunpowder tea a slow-dried green tea that takes its name from the practice of rolling its leaves into small, shiny pellets and contributes a key fresh spiciness to the blend.

Aged a total of 24 months. The nose offers an explosion of dark fruit with decadent aromas of raspberry-filled chocolates, black currant, mulberry and huckleberry jam, as well as more savory notes of cedar and spice. The varietal composition for this vintage is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. It has been aged a total of 24 months in barrel. The nose is quite thick and full. There is a beautiful sweetness with notes of toasty oak, toffee, spicy stewed fruits, a touch of resin and a lovely crème anglaise character. The palate is full and sublimely smooth with notes of stewed Bramley apples, malmsey, a touch of aniseed and a hint of spice. The finish is of good length with toasty oak notes and a creamy sweetness.
