The stemmed grapes are crushed softly by a light maceration before going to press. Only free-run juice was used. This attractive wine was powered by the wish to produce a subtle fruity, floral and dry Rose.

Omnipollo Zodiak Extra Nelson still features a blend of grains, untouched post fermentation and now aspiringly hopped with only Nelson Sauvin hops.
