Its superb class comes through in the mouth with good structure and exquisite elegance.

Deep black-cherry colour, almost opaque. Very elegant, complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and lots of spice. It is smooth and round in the mouth, with tannins which are firm, yet silky and very sweet and which envelop the whole palate. The finish is lingering, fresh and balanced with a hint of fine elegant tannins.

A blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Aromas of berry fruit, preserves and vanilla. Rich and full bodied on the palate with baked fruit and hints of cocoa and vanilla.

Deep ruby red colour. Aromas of figs and spices; flavours of dried fruit - figs, cherries and spice. Tannins are supple.

The appassimento technique is used, whereby Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are laid out on bamboo racks to concentrate their aromas during the winter months. Rich, powerful bouquet with aromas of baked fruit, cooked with herbs and spices. Cherry fruit preserve and cinnamon are the major components in a long-lasting and attractive finish.

The Refosco grape is used for this wine. Baked plums on the nose with hints of vanilla and cloves. Full-bodied on the palate with great richness provided by flavours of cooked fruit and cherries preserved in spirit. Very well balanced with good acidity and soft tannins.

This Nebbiolo grape based wine has been aged for 24 months in large oak casks. Note of small fruits, liquorice and tobacco are in beautiful balance with silky tannins.

Cordillera Carmenere has its origin in the famous Terroir of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. Intense, ruby colour. On the nose there is a wonderful fruits of the forest, eucalyptus, leather, toasted notes of bay and clove, licorice, and black pepper. Very ample palate with rounded tannins and flavourful with notes of bay leaves and mint.

Intense, dark ruby colour. Exquisite aroma with classical notes of wild fruit preserves, blackberries, and hints of leather. On the palate it has great elegance, with smooth tannins and a prolonged fruit and spicy aftertaste that finalises with notes of toasted bread.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

A deep yellow colour, very clean and bright. The nose features standout ripe tropical fruit notes of pineapple, banana and apricot and the asparagus and artichoke hearts typical of coastal-climate wines. The 12 months in French oak confers elegant notes.

Deep carmine-red in colour with aromas of ripe black and blue fruit, including blackberry, plum, and blueberry. The 18 months of contact with French oak add strong notes of sweet spice, pink pepper, coffee, and tobacco, which are well paired with the fruit notes. The palate is balanced and silky, with the same fruit and dairy notes reappearing, including dulce de leche, enveloped within its big body and very long finish.

Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. The palate is densely packed with flavour - this is high-impact wine to be sure, broad, voluptuous, and ambitiously made. Alcohol is high but integrated, while tannIns are thick and velvety, supported by sufficient acids. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful nose with layers of berries, cocoa powder, with hints of clove and spice. The tannins build a nice core structure with a round mouthfeel. Dark fruit, wild berries and cocoa flavours lead to a finish with well-integrated oak.

The Opus One 20I9 has intense aromas of black currant, blueberry, black plum, and dried rose petals, accentuated by mineral undertones. The creamy, satiny texture is framed by fine-grained tannins. The freshness and so glow of acidity create a subtle tension with dark fruit flavors, savory herbs, espresso, and cocoa. A delicate dark chocolate bitterness lingers on the finish.

This release is a blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Grenache. Maturation for 8 months in French and American Oak. To the eye, an opaque core with a red amethyst rim. Opening aromas of red raspberry, blackberry, dark plum reserves, alongside wisps of black pepper and cloves. Hefty palate with blueberry, black cherry, thyme, savory and tarragon. The finish is long with ripe tannins.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The finish is long and smooth with ripe tannins, elegance and finesse. Best to drink within four to five years.

This wine showcases aromatics in the form of blackberry jam, fresh mint leaf, black pepper, cooked blueberry, black cherry, sweet tobacco (similar to Oscuro Cigars), ripened plum and blackcurrant, with a subtle undertone of butter, courtesy of malolactic fermentation. Once allowed to breathe, notes of leather and cedar become more pronounced, suggesting potential tertiary aromatics. The palate mirrors the nose, with notable flavours of black cherry and blackberry, alongside butter and toasted almond, with a hunt of dark chocolate on the extended finish.
