The grapes come from selected vineyards that grow in the Aconcagua and Maipo Valleys. 70% of the wine was aged in barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic ruby-red colour, with a nose that shows aromas of red fruit such as sour cherries and strawberries intermingled with spicy flavours along with black pepper and tobacco. The medium-bodied palate is juicy with a good level of acidity and friendly tannins that lead to a pleasant finish.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

The grapes for our Chardonnay Estate come from our vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. Greenish-yellow in colour, our Estate Chardonnay displays all of the intensity of the fruit obtained this year. Notes of pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, and quince predominate over a layer of citrus and lemon blooms, all wrapped in a layer of light toast that adds complexity. Bright acidity keeps it fresh, while a pleasingly creamy texture lingers on its elegant finish.

This London Dry style gin is bursting with juniper and citrus notes. Crafted in small batches, it is a blend of 6 different botanicals Georgian Bay juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, angelica root, grains of paradise.

Golden amber, Aromas of fresh cut oak, hints of cocoa and delicate nuttiness. On the palate, fruity with a light taste of oak and hints of vanilla. The finish is pleasant and crisp.

Unlike most other single malts Glengoyne has been preserving the essence of its flavour for decades by using air-dried barley rather than barley dried using harsh peat smoke. Balanced aromas of green apple, blossom and soft vanilla oak enveloped in a gentle sherry spiciness. On the palate, an immediate oaky vanilla sweetness is counterbalanced with rich malty notes. The finish is sweet with a hint of woody spice.

The Pinot Noir grapes have been sourced from different regions in California. Aging has occurred in new and old French oak. The wine opens with bright fruit flavors followed by soft, velvety tannins on the mid-palate and a long, elegant finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with concentrated aromas of black cherry and cocoa, with subtle threads of earthiness and cassis. Bright, soft fruit flavours give way to a powerful, finely structured mid-palate. A rich mouthfeel rounds out the lengthy finish.
