Filodora sparkling Prosecco is the result of the strict selection and careful vinification of Glera grapes grown on the gentle hills of the Valdobbiadene area. Light straw yellow and bright. Tuli Pinot Noir is aged for eight to nine months in French oak barrels. Dark scarlet red in colour with Bing cherry and blackberry pie aromas that support lively flavours of dark berry fruit, vanilla, anise and dried herbs. The lingering finish is smooth and velvety.

The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is contributed by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used in maturation.
