Basil Hayden's is a singular bourbon that bridges the flavour of rye whiskies and small batch bourbons together. Basil Hayden toast is dark amber in colour with aromas and flavours of toasted oak that are complemented by dried fruit and caramelized sugar.

This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. The result is aromas of sweet vanilla, oak and a touch of light fruit are followed by the taste is of spice, oak, hints of caramel, tobacco and warm cinnamon.

The maple smoked sea salt is less bitter and less salty than usual sea salt with a smoky, savoury zing and an almost sweet but briny taste.

Grants Triple Wood 12 YO is matured in three types of casks. Vibrant with aromas of fruit (blackcurrant and peaches) balanced with a sweet, vanilla maltiness. We start with corn grains and after multiple distillations we put the liquid into charred used bourbon barrels. We took the flavours of sweet chocolate chip cookie dough and mixed them in with our aged whiskey.

We'd be hard pressed to find a treat as tasty as a peanut butter cookie. But we came close when we took the sweet, creamy flavour of peanut butter and blended it perfectly with our smooth whiskey. It's a delicious sipper.

Aromatically a complex interplay of nutty maltiness, woodland fragrances and spice, with hints of honey and vanilla. On the palate a distinctive mellow maltiness, a touch of sweet oil, spiciness - and again those background notes of honey, vanilla, toasted wood. On the finish the sweetness gently fades, mellow maltiness and mild woody notes linger.
