The 2017 Château Beychevelle Grand Cru AOC Saint-Julien Bordeaux contains 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. Chateau Beychevelle 2017 has a very deep purple colour. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruit. The purity of the fruit, the finesse of the tannins and elegant oaky notes come together to offer silky palate. Chateau Beychevelle 2017 is a harmonious marriage between the elegance and precision of Cabernet Sauvignon and the generosity and roundness of Merlot.

Vibrant black cherries, baked plums and cinnamon stick scents with hints of cloves and anise plus earthy truffle notes. Full - bodied with bright, energetic fruit. This wine has a firm, finely grained structure.

This Pomerol blend is comprised of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging has taken place in 75% new barrels and 255 second fill barrels. Chateau Clinet 2019 is of an intense, deep garnet color. The nose is a glorious fruity array of wild strawberries, Morello cherries, raspberries, blueberries and creme de cassis. Delicious aromas of sweet pastry and oriental spices intertwine beautifully with the fruit. A creamy, smooth mouthfeel delivers fruity, complex, powerful and enticing flavours, enhanced by a fine-grained texture and splashes of chocolate. Bursting with energy, the finish is intense and resplendent. A rich, powerful wine with great ageing potential.

A vintage that we rank among the very best. The Clinet 2020 reveals a very dark red colour. It expresses a remarkable aromatic richness, a veritable panoply of ripe fruit, flowers and spices. The texture is dense, velvety, magmatic, with deep intensity.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. Barrel matured for 21 months, 50% of the barrels were new oak. The character of our unique terroir and our technical team’s expertise have allowed this vintage to surpass itself. It boasts both phenolic richness and freshness in the fruit. This is a powerful, creamy, smooth wine. The expressive, aromatic nose opens with black cherry, blackcurrant and liquorice. In the palate, the entry is silky and plump with powerful, velvety tannins. Distinguished and elegant, long aging potential.

This 2020 is a vintage of contrasts, characterized by the estate's smallest harvest in 30 years. So much freshness in the hottest vintage in modern history demonstrates the buffering power of our terroir. The precision of the fruit is revealed with notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant and licorice. The taut tannic structure recalls the greatness of the 2010, with a more unctuous, more amiable mid-palate. A great classic, it can nevertheless be enjoyed more quickly without losing its remarkable amplitude with age. A chiseled, brilliant wine of great purity.

This Pauillac blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 3% Cabernet franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. Aging has taken place in French oak barrels for 18 months (75% new wood). The wine offers a characteristic nose combining fresh fruity and spicy aromas with fine oaky notes. The attack is supple, rich and aromatic. On the palate it is velvety and perfectly balanced, with dense tannins, powerful structure, freshness and beautiful length.

The 2020 is a highly concentrated vintage. Notes of licorice, grippy and charismatic cassis and blueberry fruit with a velvety texture layered with blackcurrant pastilles and rich dark chocolate.

This Pauillac blend is comprised of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and 1% Petit Verdot. This wine is an intense garnet red with a purplish hue. Fresh, highly expressive and precise on the nose, it reveals blackberry, black cherry and liquorice aromas with a slightly mineral cast. It is smooth and opulent on the palate, with an attractive sweetness, enfolding superbly patrician, rounded and powerful tannins. Beautifully rich overall, it culminates in a stylish, succulent and very harmonious finish.

This Saint Estephe blend is comprised of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. The colour is a deep red with purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit (black cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry) are made more complex by toasty and liquorice notes. On the palate, the impressive attack leads on to fleshy and crunchy fruit. This harmonious blend is kept taut by nice freshness at the end of the palate and great aromatic length.

There is a fascinating balance in the Phélan Ségur 2020. Its expressive, remarkably open nose is an invitation to plunge into a "multicolored, polyphonic" universe of fruit and flowers. Chiselled structure, subtly fleshy, dense with finely woven tannins.

54% Cabernet Sauvignon and 46% Merlot. Intense, deep ruby red colour. Appealing aroma of blackberry and raspberry along with pencil shavings and cedar wood notes. Approachable and succulent, yet layered with complexity and possessing a savoury finish.

Deep cherry red in colour. Don Melchor 2017 is a wine with extraordinary elegance. Full of aromas and flavours and a marked presence of red berries. On the palate, there are strong notes of Cabernet Sauvignon from Puente Alto, with fine and delicate tannins, while also providing a good density and long-lasting finish.

Rich, spicy, cedary and warm with dense blackberry and dark cherry fruit. Bold, concentrated and well balanced, with some nice floral violet notes as well as the richer, spicy, woody characters. Firm tannins, too. Very appealing.

Amber, golden tawny. Excellent bouquet with a characteristic “nutty” character and delicious mature fruit with hints of orange peel, exquisitely mellowed by careful ageing. Rich, softly sweet and smooth. Perfectly balanced, with a long and elegant finish. Pairs extremely well with nuts, dried fruits and fruitcake but also with vanilla ice cream or crème brûlée.

A wine with depth, medium body, acidity and sweetness. Lively and full with delicious flavours of caramel and toffee and a lasting aftertaste.

This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with concentrated aromas of black cherry and cocoa, with subtle threads of earthiness and cassis. Bright, soft fruit flavours give way to a powerful, finely structured mid-palate. A rich mouthfeel rounds out the lengthy finish.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Intense bold yellow with golden highlights. A rich bouquet: a burst of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango), the roundness of stonefruits (Mirabelle plum, apricot), a slight hint of vanilla. A voluptuous palate combining creaminess and vibrancy the captivating density of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango), the silky firmness of stonefruits (Mirabelle plum, apricot), the brisk freshness of grapefruit notes.

This new vintage of our Purple Angel has all of the character and complexity we are accustomed to. With an intense and deep carmine-red colour, the wine delivers a pool of fresh fruit aromas, such as blackberry, blueberry, red plum, and ripe cherry. There are also bakery, candied, and subtle spice notes that mix well with the aromas from the French oak, including balanced toast, vanilla, and mocha. The palate is balanced and vibrant, with complex body and extremely smooth tannins.

Deep and luring aromas of raspberry and ripe cherry are intermingled with accents of star anise, five spice and freshly steeped black tea. The entry is smooth with a combination of cassis and blackberry with a satiating suppleness. Ultra round and soft, the wine finishes with reverberating length.

The blend for this Demi-Sec is Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Aromas of dry figs and dried almonds are followed by touches of marshmallow and honey, surrounded by hints of lemon, dried orange and spices. This cuvee is designed to be poured over ice.

Portal's 10 Year Old Tawny is a blend of wines aged in old casks where they acquire the amber colour and turn the young rich fruit into elegance. It's big yet balanced by fine acidity developing aromas of caramel, cafe au lait along with nutty flavours. Enjoy it with tarte tatin or macadamia ice-cream.

A rich yet elegant combination of flavours- dried apricots, honey, nuts, spices, vanilla- creates an endlessly complex wine that unfolds smoothly and develops in the mouth.

Elegant and complex aroma, combining ripe fruit, jam and nuts, with hints of vanilla and raisins. In the mouth, Sandeman Porto Tawny 10 Years Old is a most flavoursome wine, full-bodied and appealing, with a persistent finish.

Deep ruby in colour, extremely well balanced, full and rich with intense aromas, presenting racy fruit and elegant tannins in the mouth. The wine will evolve to its full maturity in bottle over the next two decades, rounding out with elegant aromas and flavours, growing in concentration.

Dark in colour with a copper hue at the edges, this wine is very complex and full-bodied. The nose displays dark berry fruits, dark chocolate and cassis. The palate is rich in flavours of blackberry, black cherry, plum, chocolate and raisin with nutty characteristics. The finish has a touch of cedar spice and coffee notes with good depth.

Colour is deep red with purple hues. The bouquet is intense and persistent, fine, slightly spicy. The palate is dry, warm, soft, quite tannic, and tasty.

Intense amber tawny colour. Opulent and voluptuous nose of complex spicy, jammy and nutty aromas, hints of orange flower and a fine oakiness coming from the long period of aging in cask. The palate is full of very rich and concentrated flavour and has a long mellow finish.

Deep, old gold colour with hints of dried fruit and honey offsetting the rich nutty aromas. Lush, silky richness with an elegant, slightly austere quality which is quite distinctive. Subtle dried fruit flavors underlie, exotic layers of caramel and nuts culminating in an endless finish.

Opaque, purple black colour with a narrow violet rim. Characteristically stylish and racy, with a nose of dense blackcurrant and woodland fruit overlaid with discreet herbal nuances and scents of violet and rose petals. As usual the classic Taylor elegance and understatement conceal the wine’s energy and vigour. On the palate it displays the lean, sinewy and tightly knit tannins which are so much a feature of the Taylor style and the vibrant and clearly delineated fruit flavours and which are the hallmark of the 2007 vintage.

Pale brick colour with broad amber rim. Mellow nose of succulent ripe berry fruit with aromas of butterscotch, figs and prunes interwoven with attractive nutty and spicy aromas. Smooth and round on the palate, full of rich strawberry jam flavours.

Inky black with purple rim. A nose of great purity opening on a vigourous note of concentrated black woodland fruit laced with raspberry and plum. Around this dense fruity core, with its attractive vibrancy and minerality, is a fragrant and complex aura of citrus fruit blossom and wild herbal scents of mint and lavender. Supported by a tight warp of thick sinewy tannins, the palate explodes with concentrated ripe black fruit flavour which surges into the long finish before being gripped in a tight tannic embrace. A wine which manages to combine the massive structure and powerful fruitiness of the harvest with elegance, poise and finesse.

No fewer than 50 individual wines make up this cuvée. The traditional proportions for Demi Sec are: 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, 20 to 25 % Chardonnay. Demi Sec shows rich praline and hints of toast.
