Cinzano Prosecco DOC draws a dry and crisp taste from the Glera grape variety. 100% Tempranillo shows a deep cherry colour. Complex red fruits on the nose with hints of sweet spices like cinnamon and mint. Touch of chocolate and almond aromas. Medium bodied. Aged for 9 months in a mix of American/French hybrid barrels. Great with red meat and pastas.

A medium intensity ruby coloured wine, characterised by the primary aromas of the grapes from which it is made, such as plum and black cherry, with some balsamic notes. On the palate it is a wine of great elegance and smoothness, with good fresh acidity, smooth and rounded tannins and a medium intensity palate aroma in which fruit prevails. The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

From the foothills of Veneto, the aromatic Glera grapes are blended by our Wine Master with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to create this fresh, lively Prosecco. This crisp, dry sparkling wine has notes of apple and thyme.

Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties are used. Intense cherry aromas on the nose are combined with hints of violets and touches of vanilla. Good acidity and excellent balance marked by soft and silky tannins.

A pale coloured wine with lovely, delicate aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, very fresh in the mouth with a typical almond taste on the finish. Pairs best with starters, main courses such as risotto with shrimps or spaghetti with mussels, and many fish dishes. To be served at 10-12° C.
