This Pinot Grigio is a refreshing white wine featuring delightful tropical fruit flavours. It is a well balanced wine with a clean citrus finish that is suited to a range of meals, especially seafood and poultry dishes.

Oyster Bay Marlborough Chardonnay truly captures the character of Marlborough with pure, incisive, ripe fruit flavours. A combination of barrel and tank fermentation and the stirring of lees on oak, achieves maximum softness and integration. To retain all the natural assertiveness and flavour, no malolactic fermentation takes place. Clonal influences in the vineyard have been very important, providing smaller berries and enhanced flavour intensity. The result of all of this is a delicious Oyster Bay Marlborough Chardonnay with concentrated aromas and flavours of ripe citrus and stonefruit, balanced with subtle oak, and a creamy texture to finish.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which give the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. We harvest the fruit early and use neutral yeasts to accentuate the Chardonnay varietal character. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards).With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear, mango, candied orange peel, tangerine ...) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey.

The Blanc de Blancs is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. It is produced in limited quantities, and has been aged for 6 years in our cellars before being released onto the market. Pale straw shot through with delicate green. Fruit dominates the nose, a veritable basket of ripe fruit, or candied lemon and grapefruit with a subtle backbone of freshness and minerality. Finesse and purity are this wine’s signature. On the palate a warmer aspect, typical of the vintage, appears: fleshy fruit sits happily alongside notes of vanilla, cinnamon and marshmallow giving a lovely complexity to the whole. The wine is round and mouth filling with great balance.

Lumina Pinot Grigio offers golden apple, honeyed pear, and citrus notes, along with a pleasant touch of minerality. Medium-bodied, lively and clean, this is a well balanced wine with crisp acidity and a satisfying finish.

The wine, a straw yellow in colour, shows intense and ample aromas of melon, pineapple, and orange flowers. It is lightly sweet in flavour with a balanced acidity which adds to its drinking pleasure.
