This wine comes from central California’s Paso Robles region, where cool morning fog and intense midday sun result in richly textured and well-balanced wines. Aromas of red fruits are backed by powerful scents of black peppercorn. On the palate, the wine features flavors of raspberry, coffee, and vanilla. Bold tannins lead to a long, smooth finish.

Deep purple-black colour. Explosive aromas of ripe currant, red berries and smoked notes. Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, a huge mouthful of crème-de-cassis concentration, silken and juicy in the mid-palate with excellent length and persistence. This wine is made from vineyard blocks up to 120 years old. The extremely low yields of century old vineyards bring notes of plum and cranberry, with a hint of black pepper. This wine has a long, lingering finish.

Cedar, tobacco and spice hints frame dried cherry, berry and vanilla notes in this silky red. The flavours mingle nicely, framed by juicy acidity and light but firm tannins. The wine has a lovely weightless intensity. A fine example of the traditional style.

A robust wine bursting with little red and black fruit aromas. Barrel ageing adds vanilla, chocolate and tobacco aromas, giving complexity to the bouquet. On the palate it is full, long and well balanced.

Las Lamas comes from 3 plots, between 60 and 100 years, situated on the same estate. The vines grow on steep slopes and on slate soils, cultivated following the principles of Biodynamic agriculture. The winemaking process is carried out in large wooden vats, without large extractions and treading the grapes with a press, allowing them to ferment with native yeasts. The wine is then decanted into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged.

Bright and racy in feel, with high pitched red currant, cherry and raspberry coulis notes, laced with violet, white pepper and chalk details. The long, youthful taut finish should settle in with mild cellaring.

Beautiful dark red, bright and clean. The aroma is very fruity, full and complex. With ripe fruit like blackberry and currant, with wood present but well integrated, elegant and with lots of character. The palate is full bodied, very tasty, full of ripe fruit, with tannins, but very soft. High-profile, long and very tasty.

Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep colour and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savoury and rich.

Extremely dense and concentrated. Opaque purple, almost black in colour, the aroma is full of ripe black fruit, grilled bread, pencil lead, wet stones, lavender, blueberry pie and black cherry. On the palate there is layer upon layer of savoury fruit, spice notes, espresso and dark chocolate as well as rich creamy texture. The aromas and flavours carry on long after.

Vibrant deep violet colour, smooth and rich on the palate, full on taste, soft tannins, fresh black fruits and spice cocktail. A well balanced wine with velvety texture, depth and long after taste.

Bright candy red and dark fruit, hint of dried herbs and mocha on the nose. The palate is dense with the sour red fruit balancing out sweetness. A well rounded Cabernet with fleshy red fruit and chocolate tannin finish.

Our wine is a tribute to the Cascade Range. Lost amongst the clouds for much of the year, its majestic peaks provide the 'rain shadow' that allows our vines to thrive and create bold, expressive flavour. This smooth Cabernet shows hints of black cherry and plum, with soft tannins and undertones of chocolate and coffee. Our Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a boisterous wine with an assertive profile, offering ripe notes of black currant, plum, crushed fennel and cedar. Rich and rustic, this Cabernet features distinct brambly undertones and finishes memorably with structured, lingering tannins.

The Louis M. Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep burgundy colour with aromas of dark fruits, smoky cedar and dried herbs. Concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackberry are framed nicely by cedar and toast notes on the finish.

The nose opens with aromas of red-skinned fruits. The palate is warm, rounded and flavourful. A wine with an elegant profile.

Luigi Bosca Malbec is an intense purple colour wine, with distinct aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and black pepper. The intensity of the entry in the mouth is complemented with the softness and sweetness of tannins, respecting the characteristics of the grape variety in Argentina. Pure, full-bodied, well-structured red wine with character and all the juiciness typical of this variety. A long lingering and elegant finish.

Intense crimson-red color. Aromas of blackcurrant and plum followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon, cherry, morello cherry. Spice and fruit in balance on the palate.

The nose is ripe and rich with boysenberry and a hint of coconut-oakiness. The palate is sleek, with good acidity and ripe blue and red fruit. The texture is round no edges, with supple tannins.

Brilliant dark cherry red colour with a violet hue. Intense rich aroma of sweet strawberries, mature plums and raisins with a hint of tobacco and dark chocolate. Rich and juicy and bursting with fresh berry fruits. Gentle notes of toasted oak are evident in the long aftertaste.

Violet-red to the eye, this wine has a bouquet of cassis, saddle leather and clove. It feels good in the mouth, offering flavors of blackberry, strawberry, chocolate-covered coffee bean and vanilla. Satin tannins dissolve into a soft rose-petal finish.

A deep ruby red, with garnet highlights. Its bouquet is pronounced, crisp, and deeply fragrant, with impressions of earthy mineral complemented by aromatic herbs, liqueur cherries, sweet violets, and ginger. The palate continues the aromatic complex on the nose, and is marked by toasty, well-ripened tannins that still show a slight burr.

The nose is remarkably rich, showing aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and dried plum. In the mouth, a clean vibrant acidity, silky, well integrated tannins which contribute to an impressive elegance.

This Chianti Rufina boasts a ruby red colour; and is luminous and brilliant. The nose opens with very ripe fruits which include cherry, strawberry and raspberry;  followed by sweet scents of cotton candy, wild rose and notes of walnut and walnut husks. Spicy notes follow such as cloves, star anise; the finish is minerally. The palate is persistent and fresh, very smooth.

Bright, ruby - red colour. The guiding aroma is quite fruity with a distinctive sour cherry fragrance. Red and black berries are accompanied by floral notes and a delicate spice.

The color is a purple red with violet reflections. On the nose, cherry is prevalent followed by strawberry and raspberry with floral sensations of rose and classic sugared almond. The palate is soft, warm, vinous, pleasantly balanced. The finish is persistent, with round notes that return to cherry in the aftertaste.

Dark Colour. Complex nose which reveals rich balsamic notes, black cherries and exquisite toasted sensations. Its artisanal vinification results in smooth tannins that integrate flavours of wild fruits, coffee and dark chocolate. Its superb class comes through in the mouth with good structure and exquisite elegance.

Dense, deep ruby red colour. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe fruits of the forest and Morello cherries blend with slightly toasted vanillin notes. Fresh, full and fleshy in the mouth, this wine delivers superb tannins that highlight its structure and complexity. A Gran Reserva with an impressive personality that comes through on tasting: richness, body, elegance and intense, long-lasting, balanced flavours to delight the palate.

Deep black-cherry colour, almost opaque. Very elegant, complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and lots of spice. It is smooth and round in the mouth, with tannins which are firm, yet silky and very sweet and which envelop the whole palate. The finish is lingering, fresh and balanced with a hint of fine elegant tannins.

Cherry-red colour with good robe. Spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, with notes of ripe dark berries and light toasted nuances. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak. This wine goes well with ham, mild cheeses, casseroles which are not highly spiced, bean and pulse dishes, poultry, red meat, grills and roasts. Best served at between 16º and 18ºC.

A blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Aromas of berry fruit, preserves and vanilla. Rich and full bodied on the palate with baked fruit and hints of cocoa and vanilla.

Deep ruby red colour. Aromas of figs and spices; flavours of dried fruit - figs, cherries and spice. Tannins are supple.

The appassimento technique is used, whereby Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are laid out on bamboo racks to concentrate their aromas during the winter months. Rich, powerful bouquet with aromas of baked fruit, cooked with herbs and spices. Cherry fruit preserve and cinnamon are the major components in a long-lasting and attractive finish.

Fresco Di Bianco is made with Garganega, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes. Can have slight cloudiness, as is typical for non-filtered wines. On the nose, rich aromas of white fruit, particularly pears, and flowery scents. Attractive and surprisingly full bodied on the palate, with a clear and evident fruity character, mainly based on the sweetness and acidity of pineapples. The finish is very fresh and clean.

The Refosco grape is used for this wine. Baked plums on the nose with hints of vanilla and cloves. Full-bodied on the palate with great richness provided by flavours of cooked fruit and cherries preserved in spirit. Very well balanced with good acidity and soft tannins.

A deep ruby colour, the wine opens to reveal expressive aromas of juicy blackberry, boysenberry, and bramble, along with notes of toasty vanilla and graham cracker. The full flavours are highlighted by a plush, velvety mouthfeel with a long finish.

Fair in colour, fresh from start to finish. Opens with aromas of blossoms, crisp pear, and a hint of honeysuckle. Bright citrus evokes a clean taste of Meyer Lemons. Round and layered on the palate with an acidity and depth that belie its unoaked character. A perfect compliment to salads, grilled seafood, tomato based dishes, and oysters.

This Nebbiolo grape based wine has been aged for 24 months in large oak casks. Note of small fruits, liquorice and tobacco are in beautiful balance with silky tannins.

Cordillera Carmenere has its origin in the famous Terroir of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. Intense, ruby colour. On the nose there is a wonderful fruits of the forest, eucalyptus, leather, toasted notes of bay and clove, licorice, and black pepper. Very ample palate with rounded tannins and flavourful with notes of bay leaves and mint.

Intense, dark ruby colour. Exquisite aroma with classical notes of wild fruit preserves, blackberries, and hints of leather. On the palate it has great elegance, with smooth tannins and a prolonged fruit and spicy aftertaste that finalises with notes of toasted bread.
