1800 coconut is created by infusing 1800 silver with fresh, ripe coconut to create an exceptionally smooth liquid with exquisite taste. 19 Crimes Hard Chardonnay is both bold and strong. This rich, golden Chardonnay sports the aromas of stone fruits and has a sweet textured palate. The toasty oak notes of this wine boast hints of honey and butterscotch mixed with layers of ripe fruit. This fill-bodied wine pairs well with grilled and roasted salmon, halibut, or roasted chicken.

Medium-straw colour with hints of green at the edges. On the nose bright citrus fruit, framed by a distinctly sweet oak character. Round entry on the palate, with stone fruit notes. Toasty sur-lies character married with creamy, caramel oak emerges mid-palate. Firm acidic core keeps the savoury notes from dominating the fruit and offers up a crisp, refreshing finish.

The Shiraz is the brooding component that brings the core of dark fruits, liquorice and round ripe tannins. The Grenache is focused in the red and blue fruits spectrum and delivers plushness to the final blend. Last but definitely not least the Mataro brings spice and finer tannins, pulling the structure together and giving the wine drive. The resulting wine is complex and layered in a soft approachable style.

Antigal Uno Cabernet is hand harvested from heavily pruned vines in the Uco Valley of Argentina. The gravity fed technology allows for gentle handling protecting the fruits true varietal flavour and well balanced acidity. This wine is a beautiful ruby red with flashes of black. Cherry dominate flavours are underscored with white pepper, tobacco and cocoa. Tannins are robust and rounded allowing a long finish.

Uno Malbec shows the optimally ripe grapes of Antigal's high-lying Uco Valley vineyards. Intense red in colour, this wine is made in a new style of Malbec that substitutes multi-layered elegance for powerhouse intensity. The wine shows mouth-filling black and red fruit on the palate. Cedar, chocolate and vanilla spice notes are supported by smooth firm tannins.

Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in colour, it has a unique taste, thanks to the secret recipe, which has never been changed. Infusions of selected ingredients include bitter and sweet oranges, and many other herbs and roots in perfect proportions. Aperol's strength is in its low-alcohol content of only 11%.

A blend of Syrah, Cabernet, Zinfandel & Merlot. Intense fruit aromas and flavours of rhubarb and black cherry that are complemented by hints of mocha, chocolate, brown spice and vanilla.

This cut of Apothic is a fragrant and succulent blend, snipped fresh from the vine to create ripe flavours of strawberry and watermelon. Apothic Rose derives its vibrant hue from an ancient winemaking practice called saignee, which means 'to bleed' intense colour from the grape's red skin. This limited release rose is best enjoyed chilled.

Riesling lends Apothic White its floral nose that is well-complemented by tropical notes from the Chardonnay. Pinot Grigio contributes refreshing flavours of peach and apricot to the palate, leading to crisp, balanced finish that lingers.

Our most versatile expression, revealing aromas of spicy fruit and oak, followed by hints of honey, vanilla, holiday spice and our signature orange. Exceptionally smooth, balanced with a hint of molasses and warm oak .

Crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours. This is a blend of pot and column still rums which have been aged for an average of 4 years. The first nosing passes find gentle scents of light spice and brown sugar; aeration reveals solid aromas of molasses and buttered toast. The palate entry is delicious, rich and toasty; the midpalate features elegant flavours of toasted honey-wheat bread, honey and refined sugar. The finish is more bittersweet than sweet.
