Barbera and Dolcetto grapes from the Piedmont region are used to produce this pale pink sparkling wine with a lovely mousse and fine perlage. Pleasantly rounded with subtle notes of flowers and fruit.

BACARDI Pineapple Mai Tai Rum Cocktail comes ready to serve with a delicious, tropical, Caribbean flavor. This ready to serve Mai Tai cocktail is made with BACARDI Superior Rum and features a blend of pineapple, natural tropical fruit flavors, lime juice and sweetened with cane sugar.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

The Banrock Station Shiraz exhibits lifted aromas of raspberry & sweet plum with hints of spice supported by vanilla oak. The mid palate is rich with fruit sweetness, vanilla oak & spice complexity, ultimately finishing dry & soft.

The grapes for Barefoot Pink Pinot Grigio were harvested at optimum ripeness during cool night temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. The winemaker selected particularly aromatic yeast strains and employed a moderate fermentation process, which together have enhanced the natural flavours and expressive mouthfeel of this wine. Proper storage after fermentation has preserved the natural bright flavours and balance in the wine.

With our Pinot Grigio Chardonnay, our winemaker experimented with 11 different blends before the ultimate one was achieved. This smooth, refreshingly crisp wine, bearing strong fruit notes of pear and peach, embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.
