The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. Nose: Floral, light smoke, nutty, orange zest. Palate: Fresh, hint of sweetness, honey, oak, citrus. Body: Full bodied. Finish: Long, subtle vanilla, soft oily, subtle sweetness.

This expression has spent up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth whiskey. Aromas of citrus, caramel candy, maple sugar, vanilla, oak, hazelnut, spice and sherry wood. On the palate: sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak. A sweet/dry finish.

Blackened Whisky started as a collaboration between Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and Metallica, but when Dave passed away in 2018, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team in 2019 and now oversees the Blackened American Whiskey distilling process. A blend of hand-selected, well-aged North American bourbon & rye whiskeys, uniquely finished in black brandy casks and the earth-shattering music of Metallica. Each batch of whiskey is blasted with it's very own Metallica playlist, curated by the band themselves. Burnt caramel, oak and honey on the nose along with notes of cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit, clove and mint. The finish is long and smooth with a taste profile that is slightly creamy with hints of butterscotch, toffee and maple.

Appearance: clear, pale gold. Nose: clean, light, apple, honey, cinnamon, smoke. Palate: dry, smooth, light, oak, allspice, pear finish.

Aged for 14 months. Pure and complex aroma, with soft caramel and vanilla notes. Perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves, with subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, with lingering smooth finish.

Balanced and elegant. Hints of tamarind and pomegranate aromas are followed by herbal tones of fresh mint and dried oregano. Delicate notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish.

Barrel aged in virgin American oak barrels between one and three years to attain its rich golden colour and complex flavour profile. This añejo delivers rich notes of cacao, tobacco, almonds and died fruits. The finish is smooth, buttery, elegant, and long-lasting.

Bottled directly after distillation to preserve the character of the agave this pours crystal clear and is fragrant with apple and spice. The palate is smooth with mild sweetness and flavours of agave, citrus, and white spice followed by a clean yet warming finish.

The flavour of this premium tequila has notes of vanilla, pear and caramel that ultimately produce a light heat and lasting finish. Cazadores Reposado can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or blended with cocktails.

Brilliant in color, this lively Cenote Blanco tequila is packed with bright citrus and pepper on the nose. Continuous flavor of rich, cooked agave, spices, subtle wood, and green vegetables, are a result of mellowing the spirt in American Oak barrels for three weeks.

60 Crus (vineyrads) of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have gone into this blend. A deep golden robe with delicate and vivacious long lasting bubbles. Complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

Crystal Head is made with high quality peaches and cream corn that is distilled four times into a neutral grain gluten-free spirit and blended with pristine water from Newfoundland, Canada. The liquid is then filtered seven times, of which three are through layers of semi precious crystals known as Herkimer diamonds.

Intense agave on the nose and palate, along with a touch of candy, vanilla, toffee, and caramel. It's a full-bodied spirit with a viscous mouthfeel, plenty of fruit notes, as well as oak.

Bright golden amber; aromas of smoke, toasted coconut, vanilla and roasted seaweed; warming alcohol, full bodied, with pronounced flavours of smoke, ocean mist, dried flowers and a balancing sweet vanilla.

First produced in Maryland in the 1890s, Pikesville Rye, along with the rest of the once-booming Maryland Rye industry, was shuttered by Prohibition. The brand re-emerged after Prohibition and became the last standing Maryland Rye, as the rest of the industry's production had ceased. The taste is dry and spicy, with honeyed rye and cloves.
