Varietals in this blend are: Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A deep ruby red coloured wine has a fruit-forward bouquet of cherry and blue plum, accented by smoky oak, cigar box, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, flavours of cherries and plum mingle with spice and sweet vanilla notes. Ripe cherry fruit, chocolate, black pepper, Chai spice, and earth notes on the finish.

Burgundy in colour, this wine has a fine aroma of black berries and rose petals. There is a hint of raspberry in the flavour. Decanting this wine brings out the characteristic silky texture of Pinot Noir. Served slightly cool, this is excellent with salmon as well as red meats and cheese.

Here the suave Cabernet Sauvignon teams up with the more playful Shiraz varietal to be a mouthful of excellent red wine. An ultra-aged tequila, 100% from blue agave, created from a perfect selection of raw material to commemorate the tradition and history of Jose Cuervo. The agaves used to produce it are harvested in full maturity and come from a single crop field. The tequila is first aged in French and American oak barrels. It is then blended with those tequilas to be found in the legendary demijohns of the cellar. Finally it is aged for another year in sherry barrels brought from Spain.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

Lore is a complex marriage of both classical Laphroaig styles and many ages of Laphroaig. Deep Mahogany in colour, the nose is rich and smoky with seaside minerals with a hint of ash and bitter chocolate drops. The palate is richly peaty with a spicy chili bite with a short dry finish and a long sweet aftertaste.

Amber colour. Aroma: almonds and vanilla. Taste: sweet and well rounded.

A variation of the traditional Sambuca dei Cesari Luxardo. It is aromatized with licorice, with a production recipe entailing several levels of successive infusions to blend the different ingredients. The predominant taste is star anise, combined with a new velvety sensation on the palate of lightly spicy hints of cardamom and coriander and an aftertaste dominated by licorice aromas. It is neither an ordinary licorice digestivo nor a commonplace coffee-sambuca.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.
