A marriage of whisky aged in Sauternes wine casks together with classic Ardbeg aged in ex-bourbon casks. Smoked lemon peel, apricot and balsamic vinegar notes.

Maturation has occurred in double charred oak casks, Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and experimental BBQ casks. Notes of smoked ham, grilled artichokes, flamed steak and cinnamon dusted expresso.

This 21 year old single malt is triple distilled and aged in second fill sherry casks. To the nose: ripe gooseberry, citrus peel, sweet vanilla, oak and fresh cut barley notes. Light chocolate, soft green fruit, dried citrus peel and a twist of old oak and honey greet the palate. Beautifully balanced whisky.

Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

Brilliant ruby colour. Aromas of dark cherry, cardamom, raspberry, red tea notes and a swirl of red licorice. This medium bodied wine is in good balance with moderate and refined tannins, a light snap of acidity, all backed by a kirsch note on the juicy finish.

Bright citrus and honeydew melon aromas give way to creamy flavours of lush pineapple and juicy cantaloupe. Aging sur lie on French and American oak imparts additional complex integrated notes of coconut, herbal spice and clove.

Flavour profile is intense and fresh with notes of pear and lime with hints of melon and green tea. The palate is round and smooth with a fruity finish.

This wine has an intense purple red color. On the nose, there are notes of red fruits such as plums and blackberries with more freshness than in other years, and the aromas are balanced with notes of coffee and vanilla from the wood. The palate is voluminous, fruity with hints of violet and elegant tannins. There are soft oak notes and a long finish.

Brilliant, dark deep garnet red with slight violet hue. Aromas of spice, black cherry, black currant, leather, tobacco and pencil shaving. Full bodied, well structured mid-palate filled with ripe tannins.

A pretty orange salmon colour with aromas of peach, melon, red apple, and rose petal. This rosé is light, fresh, and dry with red berry and tree fruit flavours.

Careful oak cask ageing gives the wine an ultimate dimension that turns it into an irresistible one. This is a characteristic Malbec varietal, a full body wine, with a complex structure, with surprising notes of red berries eucalyptus spice and black pepper. After a year in the bottle, it becomes more unctuous in character, intense and concentrated.

This wine is elegant, delicate and complex it shows an attractive garnet colour. On the nose it features notes of spice and candied fruit accompanied by nuances of fresh red berries. Aging in oak contribute subtle notes of vanilla.

The wine shows a pale yellow hue, with greenish reflections. The bouquet shows off all the varietal characteristics: citrus at the start and then nuances of pineapple, mango and passion fruit. It is dry, sweet and round in the mouth, with balanced acidity and a long finish.

This is a blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our oldest vineyards dating from the 1969 and 1937 respectively. The nose highlights the fruity character with notes of fresh cherries and walnut, in harmony with notes of soft smoked by the French oak barrel during the ageing period. In the mouth is balanced, elegant and complex.

This white wine is made from Moscato/Muscat grapes. Light, green-tinged gold in colour. Aromas of fresh melon, peach and kiwi are complemented by jasmine and white pepper. Lots of juicy, refreshing fruit and comes off almost weightless on the long, intensely spicy finish.

Full-bodied with dense grippy tannins and a powerful mid palate, flavours of red fruit follow with an elegant backbone. The palate is refined and elegant, ending with a long rich finish.

The nose is immediately enticing with hints of pink grapefruit, tangerine blossom, dried green fig, firm gooseberries & fleshy white nectarine. A touch of vanilla bean and cantaloupe edge through, too. The palate has an intensity befitting the nose - simultaneously salivating with salinity and freshness, lively & electric. The wine has a texture that reflects the unique Klein Constantia terroir and the finish is particularly long.

Dark amber colour with a touch of red. Aromas include: toffee with charred undertones, matured tobacco, toasted coconut and dark chocolate. On the palate spicy overtones, leathered fruits, vanilla and caramelized wood. Warm smoky char notes on the finish.

Rich burnt umber colour. Aromas of Creme brulee, vanilla bean and light banana. On the palate light notes of charred oak, balanced with toffee, hints of white pepper and marshmallow. Long and bold finish, with heavy vanilla, caramel and charred oak.

Komos Añejo Cristalino is aged for a minimum of one year in French oak white wine barrels, then dripped through activated charcoal to refine and remove impurities, resulting in a crystal-clear, perfectly smooth tequila. This expression is made using perfectly ripe 100% Blue Weber Agave, hand-harvested from the distinct terroirs of both the highlands and lowlands of the Tequila Valley in Jalisco. The piñas are roasted in traditional stone ovens, and the aguamiel is naturally fermented and twice distilled in copper pot stills. After aging in the finest barrels, the final touch is gentle aeration which is the winemaking technique of tumbling the liquid to take on oxygen to make the mouthfeel softer and smoother, while adding a richness and roundness. Aromas of tropical fruits, citrus zest, white florals and vanillas. Pineapple, miso, stone fruit and lime on the palate with a delicate sweetness in the finish.

Komos Reposado Rosa is aged in French oak red wine barrels for two months to create a reposado unlike any other. This expression is made using perfectly ripe 100% Blue Weber Agave, hand-harvested from the distinct terroirs of both the highlands and lowlands of the Tequila Valley in Jalisco. This is a complex and well balanced chardonnay, showcasing light yellow colour with distinctive green hues. The aromas of crisp pears, pineapples and lemon blossom are enhanced with a subtle layer of sweet vanilla from barrel ageing. Elegant and round wine with good acidity.

A robust wine bursting with little red and black fruit aromas. Barrel ageing adds vanilla, chocolate and tobacco aromas, giving complexity to the bouquet. On the palate it is full, long and well balanced.

Vibrant yellow gold in colour with aromas of sweet stewed apples topped with crisp slightly caramelized pastry, tanned leather and vanilla. On the palate sweet and spicy notes lead way to vanilla, sea salt, pork cracking and fresh ground black pepper, gentle spice and charred oak. Long warming finish.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

Beautiful dark red, bright and clean. The aroma is very fruity, full and complex. With ripe fruit like blackberry and currant, with wood present but well integrated, elegant and with lots of character. The palate is full bodied, very tasty, full of ripe fruit, with tannins, but very soft. High-profile, long and very tasty.

The palate is clean, refreshing and has a crisp citrusy finish.

This release has aromas of butterscotch, caramel, clove and chocolate. On the palate vanilla, caramel, almond, woody, toasted marshmallow and chocolate. Polished round body with a warming finish.

This Malbec is deep purple in colour with the aroma of dark fruits. The palate is rich and round, showcasing the high altitude freshness and purity of fruit. The nose is elegant and delicate mixing red fruit and spices. Bright cranberry with a loaded finish of vanilla and herbs.

Yellow-green in colour with silver tones. The nose has herbs and white fruits, and after a while, citric aromas. In the mouth, it is fresh and perfumed with a great volume and good balance of acidity.
