Bottega Pinot Grigio Rose grapes are allowed to hang longer on the vine than those used to produce a white version. The increased ripeness is responsible for the development of colour, tannin & flavour concentration. Floral notes with touches of citrus fruits & herbs.

Pinot Grigio and Verduzzo grapes have been semi dried to create this wine. Strong straw yellow colour and a bouquet with tropical fruit aromas.
