This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is very comples with green apples, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers, acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and spices. The taste is light with livelinees and balanced acidity.

Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco is a Brut sparkling wine, obtained by Glera grapes grown according to classic, traditional techniques in the province of Treviso. Straw yellow with gold reflexes, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet includes apple, white peach, citrus and delcate floral notes. The taste is crisp and delicate.

Bottega Pinot Grigio Rose grapes are allowed to hang longer on the vine than those used to produce a white version. The increased ripeness is responsible for the development of colour, tannin & flavour concentration. Floral notes with touches of citrus fruits & herbs.

Bottega Rose Gold is a Brut rosé sparkling wine obtained through vinification of Pinot Noir grapes. Subltle pink in colour with bouquet of mixed berries, currants, wild straweberries and floral notes. Balanced acidity and flavours that are consistent to the aroma.

Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. The flavour is full, warm, soft and very enveloping with soft and elegant tannins. It finishes with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.

Dark crimson-red colour; full bouquet of ripe red fruits and cherry conserve, with notes of pepper and vanilla and hints of Mediterranean scrub; robust, concentrated, soft but very firm flavour with an elegant, lingering aftertaste of small black fruits conserve and licorice.

The Gabbiano Pinot Grigio is a sunny straw-yellow colour. Floral notes caress the nose, with nuances of pear and honeydew melon. Citrus flavours are evident on the palate delivering complex flavours of green apple, orange and faint lemon. The mouth feel is lively and full in structure created by the excellent harmony of fruit and acid. The wine is light-bodied, with a long finish that reveals hints of citrus and almonds.

This sparkling wine is made with Macabeo, Xarel-lo and parellada grapes. A very pale straw yellow with a fine elegant mousse. Prominent on the nose are the typical fruity aromas of these traditional varietals. A pleasant, fresh and balanced mouth feel.

On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Mumm Cordon Rouge is the signture cuvee of maison Mumm. This eceptional brut champagne blend is a composition of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes. It has been aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm’s cellars. Scents of succulent white and yellow fruits entice, with hints of lychee, pineapple, praline. Appetizing aromas of pastry – yeast, brioche – heighten the anticipation. Vibrant freshness exciteS the palate. Complex and perfectly balanced, the wine reveals rounded, elegant flavors of fruit and caramel.

Merlot and Corvina grapes were hand harvested and fermentation occurred in barrels. Flavours of crushed black raspberry, black cherry, and plum compote. Very solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and the balance between soft tannins and acidity. Great with roasted meats, game, and mature hard cheese.

The grape varieties used in variable proportions are: Airen Ugnic Blanc, Colombard, Durello and Chardonnay. Pale straw colour, with a fine bubble structure and open floral notes. Medium-dry in style, with soft strawberry aromas and a rich, round mouth-feel. Various red fruit characters and a delicate nutty flavour on the palate.

Luccarelli Primitivo is bright ruby red with violet hues. Nose is of intense red fruit notes. Full-bodied yet soft pallet, quite tannic & well balanced.

Luccio Pinot Grigio is an elegant dry wine with floral notes and fresh flavours which provide a refreshing crisp finish. This stylish wine is ideal on its own, with creamy pasta sauces, fish dishes and white meats.

The nose opens with aromas of red-skinned fruits. The palate is warm, rounded and flavourful. A wine with an elegant profile.

A blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Aromas of berry fruit, preserves and vanilla. Rich and full bodied on the palate with baked fruit and hints of cocoa and vanilla.

Deep ruby red colour. Aromas of figs and spices; flavours of dried fruit - figs, cherries and spice. Tannins are supple.

The Refosco grape is used for this wine. Baked plums on the nose with hints of vanilla and cloves. Full-bodied on the palate with great richness provided by flavours of cooked fruit and cherries preserved in spirit. Very well balanced with good acidity and soft tannins.

Pinot Grigio and Verduzzo grapes have been semi dried to create this wine. Strong straw yellow colour and a bouquet with tropical fruit aromas. Fresh and easy on the front palate, becoming weightier and fuller bodied on the mid palate where fruitiness blends with flavours reminiscent of honey and boiled sweets. A dry finish with an attractive citrus twist.

Bright ruby red colour. Attractive bouquet thanks to interesting complexity that mixes fruitiness with spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. Simple but rich on the palate; attractive plum and bilberry tastes well integrated with soft tannins and supporting acidity, making the wine very drinkable.

Translucent, pale yellow with faint green reflections. Floral, fresh and inviting on the nose. The palate confirms the freshness of the nose and reveals good acidity and structure to make this wine surprisingly long with a bouquet of peaches, tropical fruit and grapefruit.

This Rosato is made from the Refosco grape. Salmon pink with cherry-coloured reflections. Intense aromas of raspberries and wild cherries. Lively and refreshing acidity. Long and attractive finish with tastes coming through as promised on the nose.

The Glera grapes are from the province of Treviso, an area that has always produced high quality Prosecco.This well-structured sparkling Prosecco stands out for its luminous straw yellow hue and for its emphatic yet stylish mousse. The bouquet is redolent of Golden Delicious apple, while the palate is appealingly marked by aromatic notes of honey, black liquorice, and acacia blossom.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Glowing pink with amber highlights. An intense bouquet of red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry): floral nuances of rose and a hint of pepper. An expressive palate combining intensity and suppleness: the juicy, persistent intensity of berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant); the fleshiness and firmness of peach; and the freshness of a subtle note of menthol.

The soft tannins give this wine its elegant structure and style. It is partially aged in French and American oak for 3 months to add complexity to the blend.

Mumm Napa Brut Prestige opens with gorgeous layered white blossom aromas, followed by creamy vanilla, citrus, stone fruit and melon. Yeast aging contributes subtle aged flavours of biscuit, bread dough, white blossoms and mocha, and layers of creamy texture. The wine is medium-bodied, with elegant acidity, crisp structure, excellent mousse and a rich, lingering finish.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which give the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. We harvest the fruit early and use neutral yeasts to accentuate the Chardonnay varietal character. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

Intense ruby red colour, a full-bodied wine with intense fruity perfumes, with soft, supple tannins and a long finish. Excellent with typical Mediterranean specialties such as rich pasta dishes, grilled swordfish and grilled red meat. Best served at 16-18 °C.

The cuvee brut is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. A juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine with great fruit, a good mouthfeel and a harmonious balance.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

The Blanc de Blancs is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. It is produced in limited quantities, and has been aged for 6 years in our cellars before being released onto the market. Pale straw shot through with delicate green. Fruit dominates the nose, a veritable basket of ripe fruit, or candied lemon and grapefruit with a subtle backbone of freshness and minerality. Finesse and purity are this wine’s signature. On the palate a warmer aspect, typical of the vintage, appears: fleshy fruit sits happily alongside notes of vanilla, cinnamon and marshmallow giving a lovely complexity to the whole. The wine is round and mouth filling with great balance.

Risata Pink Moscato is a must for any occasion, boasting soft bubbles, bright acidity and tantalizing sweetness. This wine is bursting with juicy flavours of strawberry, cherry and raspberry, finishing sweet and well balanced. Lumina Pinot Grigio offers golden apple, honeyed pear, and citrus notes, along with a pleasant touch of minerality. Medium-bodied, lively and clean, this is a well balanced wine with crisp acidity and a satisfying finish.

This full-bodied wine is rich with refined, silky tannins and a long finish of vanilla and red berry essence that is particularly pleasurable. Modus' structure on the palate promises that this wine can be aged for many years.

Straw like yellow in colour, the aromas, intense and ample, recall yellow fruit, white flowers, and orange blossoms. Full in flavour and soft and savoury, the finish and aftertaste recall the fruit first felt on the nose.

The Glera grapes are grown in the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene which is Synonymous with the finest Prosecco Superiore and DOCG status. Its lovely aromas include ripe pineapples, peaches, and Rennet apples as well as delicate florals. Its finish is bright and dry, yet sweet on the palatrol.

Blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarel-lo with minimum 15 months bottle ageing. Fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the principal defining characteristics of this Cava. Elegant, persistent mousse, aromas of white fruits.

The blend consists of 67% Macabeo and 33% Parellada. Aged in the bottle for more than 30 months. Straw yellow in colour with a small, fine plentiful mousse. Hints of honey, white fruit and flower petals.

Intense ruby-red colour, with a complex bouquet, reminiscent of cherries, blueberries, coconut and vanilla. The ageing in American oak adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aroma. In the mouth it is full-bodied yet smooth and elegant. The tannins are soft, supple and well balanced. The finish is long and lingering, with a burst of spice and bright fruit at the end.

Filodora sparkling Prosecco is the result of the strict selection and careful vinification of Glera grapes grown on the gentle hills of the Valdobbiadene area. Light straw yellow and bright. Elegant, white and lively foam, with very fine and thin perlage. Floral nose with hints of acacia, wisteria flowers and wisps of spice. On the palate it's crisp with a fine fruity finish.

On the nose, this wine features attractive aromas of blackberry preserve, black pepper, licorice, vanilla and balsamic herbs. On the palate it is rich and full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a lasting finish.

Sweet cherry and blackberry aromas are followed by a mild mouthfeel. There is initial plushness here but the wine’s texture is compact and streamlined overall.

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, sourced from the most invaluable vineyards purchased by Madame Clicquot, harvested by hand, pressed and vinified cru by cru, vineyard by vineyard. Aged for a minimum of 8 years in the chalk cellars. A dedicated bottle inspired by those used in the time of Madame Clicquot, sealed to guarantee the authenticity of this precious wine.

Yellow Label is the signature of Veuve Clicquot’s quality and style. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus(vineyards) go to the blending of Yellow Label. This golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla.
