Faxe 10% is a strong beer. The slight sweetness combined with the high alcohol percentage results in a balanced product with a vinous taste. Faxe 10% is free of additives and, unlike other very strong beers, it contains no added alcohol. The high alcohol content is achieved through standard brewing techniques. Hoppy Boy is a hybrid between American and New England-style IPAs. Pours golden. Well-hopped and slightly malty nose with sweet, floral, tropical and citrusy aromas. Good balance of malt and fruity hops with sweet and citrusy flavours and a pleasant bitterness.

Pucker-up for this refreshingly tart & sweet soured pale infused with a constantly changing blend of cranberry, pomegranate, rosehips & hibiscus. Tart, fruity, and slightly sweet, Pucker Up tastes like "laying in a cranberry field", or like "fun dip" for adults" according to Brewmaster Daniel. This refreshing kettle sour boasts flavours of cranberry, pomegranate and hibiscus from our custom tea blend. Excellent on its own, and pairs perfectly with fruit-based desserts!

Georgian Bay Cranberry Gin Smash is a balanced and refreshing blend of Georgian Bay Gin, cranberry, lemon and lime with a herbaceous finish. It is lightly carbonated and not too sweet.

Fresh, tropical passionfruit flavours with a hint of lime. Liquid is a beautiful hue of pink to reflect the juicy taste of passionfruit.

Filled with bright tropical notes of sweet pineapple, ripe mandarin and a touch of orange blossom honey. Refreshing, perfectly carbonated, with a sweet juicy finish.

Aromas of sweet orange, bramble fruit with chocolate, and nutmeg-spiced sultana. On the palate, a burst of red berry fruit compote and mandarin orange softened by creamy, vanilla-rich milk chocolate. Lingering currant and Morello cherry with barely sugar and traces of ginger on the finish.

Aromas include sherry, Manuka honey, smoke, rich oak, and a little pine resin. Medium-bodied, with notes of date and walnut cake, Oloroso sherry, hints of earthy forest floor, malt, toffee apple and a touch of smoke. Spicy and long, notes of allspice, cinnamon and cloves, with orange zest and sherry.

Gold hay hue. The nose is an intricate range of smoke, minerals and sherry. On the palate, there is butterscotch, more sherry and peat. Smoke continues to stay with you long after the final sip. A whisky of complexity and depth, offering a very long finish. Extraordinary.

Aged in 100% Oloroso sherry casks. Amber colour with gold highlights. Tempting aromas of marmalade, honey, fresh ground coffee, sherry and nuts. Full bodied, moderately sweet, with a touch of tobacco and mint on the palate.

Glutenberg Blond Ale is blond and clear in colour with a nose of floral hops, white pepper, pears and fennel with flavours of white pepper, green tea and lemon peel.

This session IPA is brewed with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops. A beautiful hazy straw colour with aromas of citrus and mandarin. On the palate notes of pineapple, lime and flowers, as well as a subtle bitterness on the finish.
