Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is very comples with green apples, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers, acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and spices. The taste is light with livelinees and balanced acidity.

In Italian, "Paisano" means friend. This is a slightly sweet red wine with lots of fresh red fruit flavours.

This vintage is deep garnet colour with a red-tawny edge. Characteristically and aromatically flamboyant Caymus style - nose of French oak barrel and cassis-like tones of ripeness, saddle leather and espresso. This wine's palate is full, rich with abundant soft tannins and a hint of rustic grittiness. Youthful energy and eminently enjoyable for current drinking, yet age worthy to gain additional complexity over next half- decade.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

Vibrant velvety purple with initial scents of supple leather and earthy wood, and additional aromatic layers of ripe blackberries, rose petals and a hint of clove. Flavours of berry cobbler mingle with leather, a wisp of campfire, flowers in bloom and chocolate covered raisins. Delicate luxury.

This wine has a light straw yellow colour. The aroma is rich of fruity flavours of ripe pear and tropical fruits. Dry on the palate, with a fine acidity.

This wine has a lively ruby red colour. The aroma is delicate, with violet scent. Dry, harmonious and slightly tannic on the palate.

Cinzano Rosso is dark red in colour and wrapped in intense delicious citrus flavours. Sweet and fragrant it finishes with a unique but pleasant bitter aftertaste.

Pale straw; rather neutral aroma light body and flavour with short crisp finish

It is the most famous variety of Casillero del Diablo. Its 2005 Vintage was awarded by Decanter as the best of the planet. It owns an intense cherry and plum bouquet, with vanilla and toast finishes. Pale yellow in colour this young and romantic wine is full of expressive fruit flavours. On the nose are aromas of the intense freshness of mature fruit as well as a slight touch of chilli, particular to the Curico Valley region. Fruity character, with citric and peach aromas and a light flavour, fresh and well balanced.

An elegant rose wood colouring, this Pinot Rose is a brilliant pink with blue-violet hues. Elegant and intense, the nose displays aromas of red fruits such as cherries, strawberries, raspberries and sour cherries. The soft and juicy palate demonstrates great acidity and balance and makes this a refreshing and fine wine.

Malbec, Merlot, Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon make up this red blend. A beautiful ruby red colour, an intense nose displaying red fruits such as plum and raspberry with notes of cacao, tobacco and mocha.
