Somewhere between dark amber and brown, substantial amount of smoke, both in the aroma and flavor, burnt wood, fire pit, hints of smoked meat, beef jerky, smoke is brilliantly balanced with the malts, caramel and amber grains, cooked grains, toasted bread, slight earthy and grassy notes, some malty sweetness, burnt caramel, molasses, hints of dark fruit, lingering smoke.

The best selling export German beer in the world, Beck's is a pilsner-style lager with a distinctive and refreshing taste. It is brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516 which restricts ingredients to just water, malt, hops and yeast. First brewed in 1873, Beck's matches well with lighter fare such as chicken, pasta, seafood and of course, any German meal. 4.9% alcohol by volume.

The colour is a rich scarlet-red, with opulent aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of caramel. The palate comes alive with flavours of ripe raspberries, strawberry jam, a dense blackberry core, warm gingerbread, and a hint of toffee. It is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity, plush weight on the mid-palate and a wonderfully supple texture. The expansive fruit flavours carry through to a long, pure and persistent finish. Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base and is bursting with notes of pink guava.

With our Pinot Grigio Chardonnay, our winemaker experimented with 11 different blends before the ultimate one was achieved. This smooth, refreshingly crisp wine, bearing strong fruit notes of pear and peach, embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.

Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is very comples with green apples, pear, citrus fruits, white flowers, acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and spices. The taste is light with livelinees and balanced acidity.

Cocoa, the basis of Nero Bottega, comes from a plant whose botanical name is Theobroma, or food of the gods, and is the main ingredient of this exquisite liqueur. The union of cocoa with an alcohol solution creates a product recalling the inebriating sensations of dark chocolate. Thanks to its mixing technique, it is creamy and smooth, conquering even the most refined palates. With a final touch of grappa, Nero Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it unique, unmistakable & Lactose Free.

This pistachio green creamy liqueur is pleasantly characterized by an intense aroma of pistachio. Pistachios now grow spontaneously on the Sicilian volcano Mount Etna, they are turned into a paste and then mixed with alcohol, water and sugar creating a creamy round velvety liqueur.

Bottega Raspberry Cream is a Raspberry, White Chocolate Cream Liqueur. The moderate alcohol base makes it very soft on the palate with the unmistakable flavour of Raspberries.

Bottega Tiramisu Cream Liqueur looks & tastes like it sounds, a luscious dessert. Typical of Tiramisu cream light beige with yellowish highlights. The bouquet is characterized by a harmonious balance of Savoiardi biscuits, coffee & cocoa with hints of cream, mascarpone and egg. The palate is pleasant & attractive enhancing the notes of coffee & biscuit. The enveloping flavour of mascarpone finishes with cocoa.

Caymus has a signature style that is dark in colour, with rich fruit and ripe, velvety tannins as approachable in youth as in maturity. We farm Cabernet grapes in eight of Napa’s 16 sub-appellations, with diversification enabling us to make the best possible wine in a given year. Our Cabernet offers layered, lush aromas and flavours, including cocoa, cassis and ripe dark berries.

These vintage features both richness and freshness coming together in an intriguing way. Fruit is luscious and the integrated wood compliments rather than defines the wine. Aroma of cassis and blackberries. The palate starts off sleek then expands with luxurious tannins. Fruit driven wine with an overlay of French oak in the finish.

This vintage is deep garnet colour with a red-tawny edge. Characteristically and aromatically flamboyant Caymus style - nose of French oak barrel and cassis-like tones of ripeness, saddle leather and espresso. This wine's palate is full, rich with abundant soft tannins and a hint of rustic grittiness. Youthful energy and eminently enjoyable for current drinking, yet age worthy to gain additional complexity over next half- decade.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

Vibrant velvety purple with initial scents of supple leather and earthy wood, and additional aromatic layers of ripe blackberries, rose petals and a hint of clove. Flavours of berry cobbler mingle with leather, a wisp of campfire, flowers in bloom and chocolate covered raisins. Delicate luxury.

It is the most famous variety of Casillero del Diablo. Its 2005 Vintage was awarded by Decanter as the best of the planet. It owns an intense cherry and plum bouquet, with vanilla and toast finishes. Is one of the red varieties with full wine in mouth, elegant and ideal to match beef in pepper sauce.

Once opened, the subtle hints of vanilla and toasted almonds are released from this fragrant wine. Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon is a balanced and fruity wine, rich yet medium in body. This wine is an ideal starting point to explore the fabulous wines of Concha y Toro, Chile.

Fruity character, with apple and papaya aromas; refreshing, well balanced and with a slight touch of sweetness. Excellent pairing for shellfish, fish with creamy sauces, salads and white meat dishes. Serve chilled.

Pale yellow in colour this young and romantic wine is full of expressive fruit flavours. On the nose are aromas of the intense freshness of mature fruit as well as a slight touch of chilli, particular to the Curico Valley region. Fruity character, with citric and peach aromas and a light flavour, fresh and well balanced.

Copper Moon Malbec has a smooth medium body with a complex flavour profile encompassing dark red berries, cherry and black currant. Light oak notes and a bit of spice linger on the finish. Pairs with steak, ribs and other richly flavoured foods.
