De Bortoli 'Old Boys' 21 Year Old Tawny is a classic tawny from the producer of some of Australia's premier styles. An array of aromas are on display with dark raisined fruits, mocha, hints of vanilla and nutty aged barrel characters. On the palate the flavours of mocha continue with a richly concentrated texture. A supreme long length leaves you with a smooth and lingering finish.

This spirit is crafted using 100% high-quality Korean rice, single distilled with vacuum distillation and aged in ex-bourbon and virgin oak barrels. Aromas of vanilla and banana with notes of lemongrass, toasted oak and rice. Gentle vanilla and oak flavours with honey and green fruit on a long smooth finish.

A grappa produced from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Distilled in small batches in a copper pot still, this is subject to a double maturation. Firstly being matured for four years in barriques before a 6 month finishing period in barrels previously used for Sassicaia, the famed Super-Tuscan wine.

Fresh apple aroma combined with notes of nutmeg and allspice. Full bodied, superb, with a rich mouth feel.

Big boned and complex character. Floral aromas with dates and Brazil nut cake, a delivery of soft smoke flavours that melt into a honeycomb of fruit, clove spice and toffee apple. A slight kick of caramel is rounded off by butterscotch notes.
