A grappa produced from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Distilled in small batches in a copper pot still, this is subject to a double maturation. Firstly being matured for four years in barriques before a 6 month finishing period in barrels previously used for Sassicaia, the famed Super-Tuscan wine.

The Cabernet Franc Icewine has a rich, aromatic nose of strawberry, cranberry and cherry. The palate has deeper, more complex flavours of pepper that balances the sweetness. This famous sparkling wine is created from Moscato Bianco grape. Lightly aromatised with scents of fresh grape, melon, peach and brioche. Sweet, smooth and elegant in the mouth with a harmonious finish.

Martini Extra Dry is more highly perfumed and has a more lively personality than Bianco. Aromatization is more assertive in Rosso and the discernible presence of soaked herbs and the perfume clearly influence its taste.
