This wine has a light straw colour in the glass with moderate viscosity. The nose shows notes of mango, peaches in syrup and pineapple. The palate is medium sweet but not cloying with flavours of ripe pear, golden delicious apple, peach and pineapple.

Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale color is pleasing to the eye. Very pale pink and perfumed. Focused fruit and notably crisp with a fine dry finish.

Light golden reflections. Aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, white flowers with hints of candy, pear and pineapple. The opulent and tasty palate combines liveliness and purity thanks to a dominating minerality.

Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of rich, dark fruits and baking spices on the nose, which yield fresh plum and blackberry fruit, violet, dried fig, vanilla bean and Chinese Five - Spice. The wine is juicy with plum and blackberry flavours prominent, layered with smoky and sappy maple wood, roasted almonds and hazelnuts that finishes long with fine, firm tannins.

Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

A juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine with great fruit, a good mouthfeel and a harmonious balance.

The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards). It displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. It first delivers aromas of pear and mango and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of quince jelly and apricot jam mingle with acacia honey.

Complex aroma, yielding a slightly tart, clean, pure apple haskap rose.

Yellow Label is the signature of Veuve Clicquot’s quality and style. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus(vineyards) go to the blending of Yellow Label. This golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla.

Dark red colour, with a seductive rich perfume of ripe plums and cherries. On the palate complex, with an excellent structure and a long lingering finish. Warrior is delicious served at the end of a meal, for example with rich, nutty or chocolate desserts, as well as strong cheese. Although usually served at room temperature, Reserve Ports are equally delicious when served slightly chilled in hot weather.
