Vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, a little oak, digestive biscuits, apricots, and a hint of cocoa flavours fill the mouth. A lovely maltiness and sweet oak deliver a smooth finish.

To the nose, lemony citrus with hints of green apples, vanilla/sugar. The taste & the finish are bitter, bitter almond, malty oak. The finish fades to bitter notes of fresh oak. Young whiskey, light and straight forward. Would probably be a very good whiskey to incorporate marmalades recipes.
