For our take on a North American IPA, we’ve squeezed every last drop of oily & resiny goodness out of our favourite American hops. Restrained malt character, high mineral content water, high carbonation, and moderate bitterness combine to create a distinctively dry beer. Hop oil subdues the bitterness. What lingers is the fond sensation of hop flowers dancing on your tongue.

A specialty base malt is used for this beer. Juicy and hazy; with tropical, citrusy notes and balanced hops.

Crafty Radler includes a mix of house-made Blood Orange and Peach craft soda. It exhibits a natural cloudy pale orange colour. This mixture gives off a refreshing smell of ripe, freshly sliced peaches with sweet notes of fresh picked oranges. There is also a slight lingering aroma of Willamette hops that create the base of this blend. The orange flavour dances with the sweetness of peaches, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Brewed with pure spring water and whole-flower hops from Hallertau & Saaz, this beer follows the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Stiegl is not pasteurized, giving it full flavour. As a Bavarian-style lager, the taste is more mellow and rounder than northern European lagers.
