Dark garnet in colour, Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of freshly picked blueberries, ripe black cherries with subtle notes of roasted coffee, cocoa and dried spices. On the palate, the luscious supple tannins are powerful yet modern in style with layered flavours of juicy blackberry and red fruit, while nuances of black pepper, clove and vanilla bean round out the long, smooth finish. Deep scarlet colour; out of the gate, aromas of cinnamon, cranberry and a hint of ginger tease for a taste. The palette turns into Christmas in the mouth... sweet baking spices and tart berries, even a hint of roasted meat. Throughout the experience a plush weight fills the mouth. The merging of flavours, viscosity and a lively acidity round out the long, sinuous finish.

The colour is a rich scarlet-red, with opulent aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of caramel. The palate comes alive with flavours of ripe raspberries, strawberry jam, a dense blackberry core, warm gingerbread, and a hint of toffee. It is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity, plush weight on the mid-palate and a wonderfully supple texture. The expansive fruit flavours carry through to a long, pure and persistent finish. When asked to describe this wine, I simply say it’s like a taste of Christmas, all year long.

A potent mix of berry pie flavours that are lively, complex and well-oaked.

Crimson red colour. Exuberant aromatics of red licorice and redcurrants. Very well - balanced with grainy tannins and a clean finish.

Dark red colour with crimson hues. Aromatic with black currant and cedar notes. Exceptional concentration and purity of fruit combined with excellent structure and balance.

Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot and Petite Sirah. All hand harvested grapes. Full bodied and balanced with an enticing nose of black cherry, blackberry and nuances of vanilla spice. On the palate, rich dark fruits of plum, black currant, cassis and cherry combine with well integrated tannins followed by a pleasant, lingering finish.

Aromas of blackberry burst with vibrancy on the palate, enhanced with decadent flavours of mocha and hints of vanilla for a silky, smooth finish.

Deep garnet, velvety-red in colour, Bolla Amarone offers aromas of wild-cherry jam, spice and hints of cedar. It delivers rich, dry, black-cherry flavours and a finish that is long, round, and persistent with cacao and spice.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

Bottega Amarone shows intense ruby red colour wit garnet tinges. A bouquet of raisins with scents of sour cherries, marasca cherry, and marmalade. The warm dry finish leads to spicy notes of light tobacco.

Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. The flavour is full, warm, soft and very enveloping with soft and elegant tannins. It finishes with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.

Ruby garnet colour. Aromas and flavours of vanilla crème, dates, macerated cherries, tobacco, and menthol with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium body and a captivating, medium-long finish with accents of leather with moderate oak flavour. A spot-on Chianti with beautiful fruit and spice with a lovely hint of mint.

The Walking Fool is a lush, Zinfandel based blend. A silky scarlet red with luminous highlights, this wine opens with a lean earthiness the scent of rustic wood mixes with sweet spice, a whiff of cigar box, dusty pavement and old leather, infused with garden ripe strawberries and cherries. The palate is smooth and lively, featuring flavours of juicy raspberry, the subtle tartness of cranberry, and notes of espresso and smoked meat. Underlying acidity makes this wine mouth-watering, while its tannins lend a gritty yet softly fine texture. On the finish: a trace of vibrant cranberry, luxurious cocoa and an extra kick of spice.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

Magnificent deep ruby-red colour. Opulent aromatic bouquet dominated by notes of fresh fruit and spices. Full,-bodied, soft, eminently silky, this very elegant wine reveals a superb, dense structure on the palate, very fine tannins and gourmet characteristics of fresh red fruit, currants and noble spices. The finish has great length, ample and harmonious.

A blend of Roussane, Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc grapes. Aromas of citrus, thyme, spiced licorice and fennel. Deliciously crisp, round and aromatic with a very fresh finish.

Pale straw green in colour and enticingly fragrant, the 2011 Sauvignon Blanc offers lifted aromas of ripe stone fruit and juicy citrus with underlying notes of blackcurrant leaf and tomato plant spice. The palate is fine yet succulent, with zesty citrus flavours and fresh acidity. There is an appealing plushness about this wine especially as it leads into a lingering and characteristically crisp finish.

Dark and deep red with violet nuances. Very elegant, complex, great character of pure Carmenere, plumy, red ripe fruit, spicy and black cherries. Great structure, mouth filling, mineral, sweet tannins, graphite, powerful as delicate, with lots of fruit giving a long finish.

A rich, bold, terroir-driven blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from select micro-blocks. Abundant spice, floral, and dark red fruit aromas, enveloping the palate with dense structure, toasted oak, fine tannins and red plum flavours.

Earthy notes combined with dark fruits, fennel and baking spice. Notes of sweeter berry fruit laced with more of those soily, forest floor notes. The palate is dense and concentrated with a plethora of fruit characters, plum, blackberry, mulberry, earth, iodine and black olive. Textural tannins that seem to persist in the mouth forever.

Elegantly structured and impeccably balanced. Expressive dark fruit aromas of blackberry and black cherry with a hint of lavender and savoury spice. The fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity carry the flavours to a lush, lingering finish.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

A blend of predominantly Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre grapes. A rich unctuous wine with notes of mature plums, hazelnuts and red fruits. Round tannins with powerful complexity.

Dark and deep colour. Aroma of red fruits, specifically cherries and strawberries along with delicate oak aromas. Flavourable with notes of blackcurrant and vanilla. Remarkable freshness with notable and refined tannins as a result of oak aging.

Superbly rich fruit, soft tannins and dark colour. Exhibits aromas of mahogany smoke, leather and brown spice, while earthy flavours intertwine with caramelized plum.

Villa Don Maximiano is the second wine from Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve. It is an intense and elegant blend, made from varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Mourvedre, all harvested from the Don Maximiano vineyards. This wine is elegant, dense and refined. Displaying fruit purity and intensity, yet distinctively focused. A rush of fresh fruits rise from the glass, including red cherries and blueberries. As well, there are notes of cocoa. It is a very fruity and refreshing wine that has a seamless impression from beginning to end. The tannins are firm and well - structured.

Castelgiocondo Brunello is a lively, luminous ruby -red colour with vermillion highlights. The nose offers a melange of berries, among which, blackberry dominates with floral notes of violets. Spicy black pepper and cardamom, followed by fresh notes of juniper, and toasted coffee and hazelnuts. The texture is dense with elegant tannins, full bodied. The finish is very long and warm; spicy notes are joined by equally intense fruity notes.

Intense red cherry colour. Complex and elegant on the nose with aromas of plum and sweet spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Slight notes of almonds with the oak very well integrated. Good structure on the mouth with notes of mature fruit and chocolate. A lively wine with good tannic concentration. Long and persistent.

A deep, thick ebony colour. Warm aromas of raisins and notes of roast coffee beans and spices. Very sweet, fresh and silky on the palate. A perfect dessert wine for drinking on its own, over vanilla ice cream or with dark chocolate.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Soft, “sweet” and generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. Like 2009, another excellent vintage.

Rich and concentrated aromatics of peach, apricot and honey integrate well with the flavours of citrus and mango all balanced by a crisp lively acidity.

The Riesling Icewine has an abundance of vibrant aromatics including peach, pear and lime. On the palate, notes of honey, apricot and mango are balanced by a crisp and lively acidity.

This Icewine is billowing with ripe peaches and apricots on the nose combined with delicious overtones of marmalade and candied brown sugar. Perfect on its own as a dessert or an excellent match to fresh fruit, rich pâté or fine blue-veined and cream-based cheeses.

This malbec is deep in colour with intense flavours of berries, plum, spice and subtle floral notes.

This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with concentrated aromas of black cherry and cocoa, with subtle threads of earthiness and cassis. Bright, soft fruit flavours give way to a powerful, finely structured mid-palate. A rich mouthfeel rounds out the lengthy finish.

Aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, blackberries and cola with notes of allspice. On the palate, bright fruit flavours and acidity lead to soft, velvety tannins.

Cedar, tobacco and spice hints frame dried cherry, berry and vanilla notes in this silky red. The flavours mingle nicely, framed by juicy acidity and light but firm tannins. The wine has a lovely weightless intensity. A fine example of the traditional style.

Bright and racy in feel, with high pitched red currant, cherry and raspberry coulis notes, laced with violet, white pepper and chalk details. The long, youthful taut finish should settle in with mild cellaring.

Our Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a boisterous wine with an assertive profile, offering ripe notes of black currant, plum, crushed fennel and cedar. Rich and rustic, this Cabernet features distinct brambly undertones and finishes memorably with structured, lingering tannins.

The Louis M. Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep burgundy colour with aromas of dark fruits, smoky cedar and dried herbs. Concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackberry are framed nicely by cedar and toast notes on the finish.

Intense crimson-red color. Aromas of blackcurrant and plum followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon, cherry, morello cherry. Spice and fruit in balance on the palate.

This Chianti Rufina boasts a ruby red colour; and is luminous and brilliant. The nose opens with very ripe fruits which include cherry, strawberry and raspberry;  followed by sweet scents of cotton candy, wild rose and notes of walnut and walnut husks. Spicy notes follow such as cloves, star anise; the finish is minerally. The palate is persistent and fresh, very smooth.

Dense, deep ruby red colour. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe fruits of the forest and Morello cherries blend with slightly toasted vanillin notes. Fresh, full and fleshy in the mouth, this wine delivers superb tannins that highlight its structure and complexity. A Gran Reserva with an impressive personality that comes through on tasting: richness, body, elegance and intense, long-lasting, balanced flavours to delight the palate.

Deep ruby red colour. Aromas of figs and spices; flavours of dried fruit - figs, cherries and spice. Tannins are supple.

The appassimento technique is used, whereby Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are laid out on bamboo racks to concentrate their aromas during the winter months. Rich, powerful bouquet with aromas of baked fruit, cooked with herbs and spices. Cherry fruit preserve and cinnamon are the major components in a long-lasting and attractive finish.

This Nebbiolo grape based wine has been aged for 24 months in large oak casks. Note of small fruits, liquorice and tobacco are in beautiful balance with silky tannins.

Intense, dark ruby colour. Exquisite aroma with classical notes of wild fruit preserves, blackberries, and hints of leather. On the palate it has great elegance, with smooth tannins and a prolonged fruit and spicy aftertaste that finalises with notes of toasted bread.

Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. The palate is densely packed with flavour - this is high-impact wine to be sure, broad, voluptuous, and ambitiously made. Alcohol is high but integrated, while tannIns are thick and velvety, supported by sufficient acids. Big, bold, beautiful, balanced, decidedly west coast style red, drink or hold into the late' the 20s or beyond.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful nose with layers of berries, cocoa powder, with hints of clove and spice. The tannins build a nice core structure with a round mouthfeel. Dark fruit, wild berries and cocoa flavours lead to a finish with well-integrated oak.

This release is a blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Grenache. Maturation for 8 months in French and American Oak. To the eye, an opaque core with a red amethyst rim. Opening aromas of red raspberry, blackberry, dark plum reserves, alongside wisps of black pepper and cloves. Hefty palate with blueberry, black cherry, thyme, savory and tarragon. The finish is long with ripe tannins.

Deep and luring aromas of raspberry and ripe cherry are intermingled with accents of star anise, five spice and freshly steeped black tea. The entry is smooth with a combination of cassis and blackberry with a satiating suppleness. Ultra round and soft, the wine finishes with reverberating length.

Each varietal lot was kept separate and then aged carefully for 20 months before blending, racking and bottling. Always unfined and unfiltered to best show the terroir. Rich black fruits mixed with spicy notes and classic Similkameen minerality.

This rich full-bodied wine features a deep intense ruby colour, and deliciously persistent aromas of ripe red raspberry, dark chocolate with toasty caramel and vanilla notes. Opulent notes of blackberry fruit, spice and pepper grace the palate with a well-rounded tannin structure and fruit-driven lingering finish.

An exceptionally well-balanced Icewine exhibiting a burst of fruit flavour, bracing acidity and the perfect amount of sweetness.
