The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. Nose: Floral, light smoke, nutty, orange zest. Palate: Fresh, hint of sweetness, honey, oak, citrus. Body: Full bodied. Finish: Long, subtle vanilla, soft oily, subtle sweetness.

Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey uses a unique Solera System aging process to preserve some of the distillery’s oldest whiskey stocks. Extra maturation is a wood finishing technique pioneered at the Glenmorangie distillery. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours.

Michter's US 1 is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features high quality American corn, and batched in a tank that yields a maximum of 20 full barrels. Rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth and an oak finish.

Founders Keifer Sutherland, Gary Briggs, Shawn Hiscott and Rob Steele have created a masterful collaboration of rhythm and taste. A clean nose aroma with caramel, toasted cereal and a wisp of rye spice. An ode to Donegal whiskeys of days gone by, the Legendary Silkie is a beautifully balanced blend of the finest double and triple distilled single malts and grain whiskeys. Non-chill filtered, and incredibly soft with a stunning natural sweetness. The 2% peated malt in the blend adds a kiss of peat smoke.

Sherry cask aging aids the development of complex aromas of vanilla and flavours of balanced fruit, oak and spice. The finish is long with fruit, oak and spice notes.

Whisky made the Canadian way; locally sourced grains are individually distilled, matured and blended, then finished in ice-wine casks from our Wayne Gretzky winery. This process polishes the whisky, adding rich oak and spice, along with sweet notes, balancing all of the elements to produce a refined and smooth whisky.
