A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown organically. It’s engaging in its yellow colour with golden hues. Its refreshing nose is very citric, with fruity aromas mingling with some light mineral notes. The taste is seductively complex, very fresh, with a well balanced acidity.

This Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown organically. It is appealing in its rich and deep bright red colour, and has a complex and developed nose that is governed by sweet wild fruit aromas, where notes of cherries and berries are enhanced by slight toasty hints. This Pinot definitely has a personality of its own. It’s tasteful, with soft tannins and an excellent structure.

This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown organically. Young and fresh, bright pale yellow colour with green hints. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon, which anticipate a balanced and chilling mouth that culminate in a long mineral finish.

Aromatic, soft, supple, viscous. Floral without candy, mineral notes and a long finish.

Glera grapes are grown organically for this sparkling Prosecco. Delicate and fragrant bouquet with delicate bubbles; hints of acacia flower aromas lead to fruity notes of banana and apple. Fresh and light with balanced acidity; harmonic, with a pleasant, crisp finish.
