This Cabernet-Bonarda has been selected for its juicy blackcurrant fruit supported by excellent structure that the Bonarda brings to any blend. The Bonarda grapes originate from Italy, but have been successfully transported to Argentina and are in fact used by several wineries in their red wine ranges. It is aromatized with licorice, with a production recipe entailing several levels of successive infusions to blend the different ingredients.
