Manitoba Aromatic Bitters are zero proof bitters used to balance flavours in cocktails and mocktails. They have notes of rhubarb, sea buckthorn and dandelion root along with other herbs and spices.

Fruity, Flavorful, Refreshing, Easy to drink

Brilliant ruby colour. Aromas of dark cherry, cardamom, raspberry, red tea notes and a swirl of red licorice. This medium bodied wine is in good balance with moderate and refined tannins, a light snap of acidity, all backed by a kirsch note on the juicy finish.

Bright citrus and honeydew melon aromas give way to creamy flavours of lush pineapple and juicy cantaloupe. Aging sur lie on French and American oak imparts additional complex integrated notes of coconut, herbal spice and clove.

Flavour profile is intense and fresh with notes of pear and lime with hints of melon and green tea. The palate is round and smooth with a fruity finish.

This wine has an intense purple red color. On the nose, there are notes of red fruits such as plums and blackberries with more freshness than in other years, and the aromas are balanced with notes of coffee and vanilla from the wood. The palate is voluminous, fruity with hints of violet and elegant tannins. There are soft oak notes and a long finish.

To the eye a burished chestnut colour. The complex palate iniatially starts dry with floral notes, like carnations then developing into sweeter notes of lemon merigue, grilled almonds and light crème caramel fudge with a hint of pepper, nutmeg, oak and light coconut. The finish is long with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.

Initial notes of lemon peel, poached peaches and vanilla giving way to indulgent tones of treacle, salted toffee, antique oak, roasted chestnuts and soft leather. Rich palate with hints of cocoa beans intermingled with sundried raisins, Muscovado sugar, red berries and an elegant layer of peat smoke. Long and sweet finish with lingering oak spices and sea salt.

Bushmills 16 YO is 100% malted barley, tripled-distilled, and aged individually in seasoned, hand-selected bourbon barrels and sherry casks before being married and finished in port pipes. The whiskey has a unique port finish.

This is a characteristic Malbec varietal, a full body wine, with a complex structure, with surprising notes of red berries eucalyptus spice and black pepper.
