Manitoba Aromatic Bitters are zero proof bitters used to balance flavours in cocktails and mocktails. They have notes of rhubarb, sea buckthorn and dandelion root along with other herbs and spices.

Brilliant ruby colour. Aromas of dark cherry, cardamom, raspberry, red tea notes and a swirl of red licorice. This medium bodied wine is in good balance with moderate and refined tannins, a light snap of acidity, all backed by a kirsch note on the juicy finish.

Bright citrus and honeydew melon aromas give way to creamy flavours of lush pineapple and juicy cantaloupe. Aging sur lie on French and American oak imparts additional complex integrated notes of coconut, herbal spice and clove.

Flavour profile is intense and fresh with notes of pear and lime with hints of melon and green tea. The palate is round and smooth with a fruity finish.

A pretty orange salmon colour with aromas of peach, melon, red apple, and rose petal. This rosé is light, fresh, and dry with red berry and tree fruit flavours.

Careful oak cask ageing gives the wine an ultimate dimension that turns it into an irresistible one. This is a characteristic Malbec varietal, a full body wine, with a complex structure, with surprising notes of red berries eucalyptus spice and black pepper. After a year in the bottle, it becomes more unctuous in character, intense and concentrated.

The wine shows a pale yellow hue, with greenish reflections. The bouquet shows off all the varietal characteristics: citrus at the start and then nuances of pineapple, mango and passion fruit. It is dry, sweet and round in the mouth, with balanced acidity and a long finish.

This is a blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our oldest vineyards dating from the 1969 and 1937 respectively. This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The finished result is a whiskey that is equal parts complex and smooth.

Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic cost, is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both sherry and bourbon barrels. This sherry cask Scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of oloroso barrels, imparting a balance of dried fruits, dark chocolate and rich peat smoke into the spirit.
