A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco is a Brut sparkling wine, obtained by Glera grapes grown according to classic, traditional techniques in the province of Treviso. Straw yellow with gold reflexes, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet includes apple, white peach, citrus and delcate floral notes. The taste is crisp and delicate.

Bottega Pinot Grigio Rose grapes are allowed to hang longer on the vine than those used to produce a white version. The increased ripeness is responsible for the development of colour, tannin & flavour concentration. Floral notes with touches of citrus fruits & herbs.

Bottega Rose Gold is a Brut rosé sparkling wine obtained through vinification of Pinot Noir grapes. Subltle pink in colour with bouquet of mixed berries, currants, wild straweberries and floral notes. Balanced acidity and flavours that are consistent to the aroma.

This Beaujolais has deep colours of cherry and purple-blue tint. The nose is lush with a spicy pepper touch. The attack is fruity, rich and round with currants and raspberries.

Carl Sittmann Riesling has aromas of green apples, pears, and apricots. The sweet flavours of peaches and apples are gracefully balanced by the crisp acidity keeping it refreshingly elegant and gracefully without being too sweet. The Gabbiano Pinot Grigio is a sunny straw-yellow colour. Floral notes caress the nose, with nuances of pear and honeydew melon. Citrus flavours are evident on the palate delivering complex flavours of green apple, orange and faint lemon. The mouth feel is lively and full in structure created by the excellent harmony of fruit and acid. The wine is light-bodied, with a long finish that reveals hints of citrus and almonds.

A blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes. Pale pink colour with scents of floral and fruit. Soft tannins, fresh and crisp.

The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.
