Antigal Uno Cabernet is hand harvested from heavily pruned vines in the Uco Valley of Argentina. The gravity fed technology allows for gentle handling protecting the fruits true varietal flavour and well balanced acidity. This wine is a beautiful ruby red with flashes of black. Cherry dominate flavours are underscored with white pepper, tobacco and cocoa. Tannins are robust and rounded allowing a long finish.

Black Box Wines Malbec has luscious floral and cherry aromas. The palate is dry and medium bodied, with juicy blueberry flavours and hints of tobacco and chocolate. The earthy, robust structure and well balanced acidity lead to a smooth finish.

The nose is layered with exotic spice, cracked black pepper and of course streaked with crushed vanillin, Palate is polished and smooth on entry but steeped in depth and texture as the flavors swirl around, lengthen and delight, the lasting impression is satisfying but subtle and fine.

The unique label shows the 1953 tractor, the first wheeled tractor used at the Château de la Gardine which worked hundreds of hours with Maxime Brunel on board. An intense, violet-red, our Tributo Carmenere shows tremendous intensity on the nose as well. Opens with dark fruit aromas with a touch of spice, followed by characteristic notes of the variety, such as roasted red pepper & black pepper. Very soft & silky tannins unfold on the palate, whose vibrant acidity & tremendous volume suggest good cellaring potential.

A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

The Pinot Noir grapes have been sourced from different regions in California. Aging has occurred in new and old French oak. Aromas of cherries and cherry cola with notes of toasted cedar and baking spices. The wine opens with bright fruit flavors followed by soft, velvety tannins on the mid-palate and a long, elegant finish.

A blend of Grenache and Syrah. Garnet red in color with aromas of red fruits (mainly Morello cherries), and spices (liquorice and grey pepper). Tannins are firm yet silky.

Flavours of black currant, dark plum, spice, and sweet vanilla develop on the palate. The dry lingering finish shows notes of ripe dark fruits, cocoa powder, and roasted coffee bean and hazelnut.

Intense aromas of dark fruit, plumes, liquorice, hint of spices and vanilla. On the palate the wine has dark berries, cassis flavours – soft tannins and lingering acidity.
