This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

Aroma of fresh, wild - ripe strawberries. Flavours of strawberries, cherries with some herbal notes accompanied by some spice and possessing a clean, well - balanced finish.

Clear, deep ruby red colour with purple highlights. A blend of Tempranillo & Shiraz with clean medium-intense aromas reminiscent of black cherries, mature strawberries with notes of exotic spices and eucalyptus. Medium-bodied, soft tannins and a long finish.

Rich like a black-currant cobbler, our Merlot contains a savoury array of ripe plum and blackberry aromas mixed with hints of mint and licorice, giving way to a soft, dark finish fit for a king.

As elegant as a bouquet of violets and bursting with cherry flavours, our Pinot Noir is medium-bodied with soft tannins, to create a smooth, rich texture.

This wine is mostly pinot noir, with 15 percent grenache adding luscious strawberry fruit to complement pinot’s cherry and raspberry flavours. It’s light on its feet and on the tongue, with enough zippy acidity to keep your taste buds begging for more.

This pale rose is made with the Negrette grape. fresh red berries and fruit drops on the nose. Full and refreshing on the palate, with nicely balanced acidity and fruity notes.

Mumm Napa Brut Prestige opens with gorgeous layered white blossom aromas, followed by creamy vanilla, citrus, stone fruit and melon. Yeast aging contributes subtle aged flavours of biscuit, bread dough, white blossoms and mocha, and layers of creamy texture. The wine is medium-bodied, with elegant acidity, crisp structure, excellent mousse and a rich, lingering finish.

Very fine bubbles spiral upwards, through this brilliant yellow straw coloured wine. The bouquet of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of honey, are followed by tropical fruits on the palate and a refreshing pink grapefruit finish.

The blend consists of 67% Macabeo and 33% Parellada. Aged in the bottle for more than 30 months. Straw yellow in colour with a small, fine plentiful mousse. Hints of honey, white fruit and flower petals.

White peach and golden hues, flatter the orchard fruit and ripe strawberry aromas. Complements of toasted nut and red berries linger with a soft and creamy floral mousse finish.
