Bottega Tiramisu Cream Liqueur looks & tastes like it sounds, a luscious dessert. Typical of Tiramisu cream light beige with yellowish highlights. The bouquet is characterized by a harmonious balance of Savoiardi biscuits, coffee & cocoa with hints of cream, mascarpone and egg. Bottega White Gold is a sparkling wine blend of 3 grape varietals: Glera (for freshness), Chardonnay (for body) & Pinot Grigio (for acidity). The straw yellow colour leads to aromas of apples & peaches with a hint of floral hawthorn. Perfectly balanced.

To the eye a burished chestnut colour. On the nose, notes of Freesia, dried geranium and lilies merge with the aromas of citrus fruits, followed by the sweeter notes of acacia honey, apple pie, vanilla pods and cream. The complex palate iniatially starts dry with floral notes, like carnations then developing into sweeter notes of lemon merigue, grilled almonds and light crème caramel fudge with a hint of pepper, nutmeg, oak and light coconut. The finish is long with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.

Deep copper colour with aromas of heather honey, vanilla, cherries, lychees, floral, hint of eucalyptus, oak spices, liquorice and fresh tobacco leaves with a touch of aniseed and mint. On the palate: malty spice, notes of vanilla fudge, golden syrup, butterscotch, thyme, white pepper, woody notes of dry oak, hazelnut, demerara sugar and maple syrup and dates. The finish is sweet and woody with notes of liquorice sticks deliver a spicy mouth feel and a touch of peat smoke.

Initial notes of lemon peel, poached peaches and vanilla giving way to indulgent tones of treacle, salted toffee, antique oak, roasted chestnuts and soft leather. Rich palate with hints of cocoa beans intermingled with sundried raisins, Muscovado sugar, red berries and an elegant layer of peat smoke. The taste profile reveals chestnus honey, strong bee's wax, fresh leather and cigar tobacco, roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate with a hint of oak tannins.

This is a Brazen Haze Pack celebrates the brewery's 5th Anniversary and features different Hazy Beer Styles. The Haze Pack includes three limited anniversary releases; Aether New England IPA (flavours of hops and assorted fruits), Raspy The Red Beard Raspberry Wheat Ale (augmented flavours of raspberries and vanilla), Loki's Conspiracy Dry Hopped Philly Sour (hops and a complex resiny berry, pineapple and mango characters), and local sports favourite Haze Bomb Juicy Pale Ale (notes of orange juice, peach, grapefruit and coconut).

Aether is a New England IPA with a wild Viking twist. Brewed with the Norwegian Farmhouse style Kveik yeast and silky wheat and oats and piled full of new world juicy hazy hop flavours with subdued bitterness. Cryo Pop, Manitoba Cascade, Zythos and El Dorado hops give this extremely hop forward beer a complex fruit character blending sweet and green flavours ranging from Stone Fruits, Pear, Watermelon, Pineapple, Mango, Grapefruit, Tangerine among others.

Expect this dark saison to have some subtle chocolate and roasted notes, stone fruit and earthy spice.

This is a limited release for Brazen’s 5th Anniversary. A modern sour utilizing specialized Philly Yeast that creates the acidity in the fermenter. Philly Sour results in a very clean, crisp and moderately tart product, Mosaic and El Dorado hops ad a complex resiny berry, pineapple and mango character.

Floral notes of citrus, pine and resin. A toasty, lightly caramel malt backbone supports it all to provide wonderful balance and great flavour. Lingering bitterness and an incredible aroma.

Brennivin is a caraway flavoured aquavit (un-sweetened schnapps) and is the countries signature spirit. Introduced in 1935, Brennivin is made from the extraordinarily pure Icelandic water imparting it with deliciously sweet taste and a soft finish. Have no doubts however this is an aquavit, and Brennivin has the right level of intensity with notes of caraway seeds. Best enjoyed on its own ice cold or use its unique taste to experiment with cocktails.

Brewhouse is a refreshing pilsner-style beer crafted from premium ingredients, including Western Canadian barley-the finest in the world. Cold filtered and naturally aged, it has a light, malty flavour with a crisp finish.
