This is a limited release for Brazen’s 5th Anniversary. A modern sour utilizing specialized Philly Yeast that creates the acidity in the fermenter. Philly Sour results in a very clean, crisp and moderately tart product, Mosaic and El Dorado hops ad a complex resiny berry, pineapple and mango character.

Mandarin Oranges are the main flavor and aroma. Wheat and Vienna provide sweet malt flavour.

Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavour - a smooth, easy drinking and refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and the special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish.

This New England IPA is straw to yellow, hazy and opaque in appearance. It features intense hop aroma, of tropical fruit and citrus, without being grassy or herbaceous. Clean, neutral malt in the background with a light bready sweetness. Neutral to fruity fermentation character. The hop flavour is high and reflects the same characteristics as the aroma, emphasis on fruit with ripe tropical fruit and citrus. Low to medium malt flavour, with a bready, grainy, lightly sweet flavour. Fermentation character is neutral to fruity. Medium to medium-full body with a smooth character. Slight alcohol warmth. Nautical Disaster is a slightly hazy and juicy India Pale Ale, almost clear with a strong dry-hopped aroma yet a subdued medium bitterness. This modern interpretation of the American IPA brings forward strong hop profiles in flavour and aroma of a double IPA, yet keeps the alcohol and bitterness levels of a more accessible IPA.

Clean, crisp and fresh - sessionable craft ale. Sultana Gold is naturally carbonated using an old world brewing technique called Kräusening. Named after a legendary local gold mine on Lake of the Woods, Sultana contains malted wheat, pilsner and pale malts. Hop flavour is low to moderate - a remarkable tasty northern brew.

Named after the legendary Sultana Gold Mine on Lake of the Woods. The mine, located on Sultana Island, proposed for over a decade and eventually flooded in 1902. The gold may not have been panned out, but this clean, crisp, sessionable ale certainly did.

Omnipollo was founded in 2011. Zodiak is their house IPA made with a combination of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. Golden yellow colour with vibrant aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit, spice, herbs and a light pleasant bitterness on the finish.
