Brennivin is a caraway flavoured aquavit (un-sweetened schnapps) and is the countries signature spirit. Introduced in 1935, Brennivin is made from the extraordinarily pure Icelandic water imparting it with deliciously sweet taste and a soft finish. Have no doubts however this is an aquavit, and Brennivin has the right level of intensity with notes of caraway seeds. Best enjoyed on its own ice cold or use its unique taste to experiment with cocktails.

Aged in 100% Oloroso sherry casks. Amber colour with gold highlights. Tempting aromas of marmalade, honey, fresh ground coffee, sherry and nuts. Full bodied, moderately sweet, with a touch of tobacco and mint on the palate.

Sloe gin is created by carefully steeping sloe berries over several months in dry gin, it is then blended with natural sugars. It pours a bright ruby red colour; with concentrated aromas of plum, hits of almond and frangipane. Warm on the palate with delicious, fruit flavours - not too sweet or too tart.

The nose has aromas of mountain air, fresh bread, with a citrus undertone. The entry is smooth with vanilla and citrus palate. The finish ends with citrus and a brief hint of vanilla.

This liqueur is produced using 13 aromatic plants, seeds and spices that have been manually selected. Double distillated in copper stills. Yellow amber in colour with delicate aromas of fennel, rosemary, orange, cinnamon, cardamon as well as an additional array of spices. On the palate mint, herbal notes and spices (notably cinnamon).

Maturation occurred in oak casks; some previously held Tawny Port and others previously held a fortified Portuguese wine produced in the Douro region. The nose is well-balanced notes of black and dry fruits (raisin, prune) roasted nuts, coffee, dried flowers, honey and toffee. The taste is smooth and subtle. Dry fruits aromas, notes of black fruits and roasted nuts, with a hint of minerality.

Crystal-clear spring water, refined through the bountiful four seasons, ties these ingredients together in a perfect combination.

Triple distilled, and aged in American oak Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. Ripe and fruity aromas with luscious peach, dried apricot and tropical fruit notes with additional hints of orange blossom and vanilla fudge. Vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, a little oak, digestive biscuits, apricots, and a hint of cocoa flavours fill the mouth. A lovely maltiness and sweet oak deliver a smooth finish.
