The Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is red-purple in colour with a bright hue at release. Ripe fruit aromas of black plum, blueberry and cherry mix with a bouquet of toasted pastry, anise and vanilla from a year of barrel aging. Mature and round on the palate.

With fragrant aromas of red fruit, cedar and spice cake, our Cabernet Sauvignon shows the elegant, complex character of Napa Valley in an approachable and enjoyable wine. The palate evolves from bright red currants to dark cherry pie and blackberry jam, accented by pepper and clove spices. Red Quantum is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Sirah and Malbec. This wine offers up notes of blueberry and blackcurrant fruit, coffee bean, licorice and spice box. It is medium to full-bodied, exhibits outstanding ripeness, purity and depth.

Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot and Petite Sirah. All hand harvested grapes. Full bodied and balanced with an enticing nose of black cherry, blackberry and nuances of vanilla spice. On the palate, rich dark fruits of plum, black currant, cassis and cherry combine with well integrated tannins followed by a pleasant, lingering finish.

A potent mix of berry pie flavours that are lively, complex and well-oaked.

Deep scarlet colour; out of the gate, aromas of cinnamon, cranberry and a hint of ginger tease for a taste. The palette turns into Christmas in the mouth... sweet baking spices and tart berries, even a hint of roasted meat. Throughout the experience a plush weight fills the mouth. The merging of flavours, viscosity and a lively acidity round out the long, sinuous finish.

This wine displays lovely layers of pear, apple and lemon drops. On the palate, the pure fruit flavours are underscored by crisp acidity and subtle hints sweet oak that add length to the finish.

Tuli Pinot Noir is aged for eight to nine months in French oak barrels. Dark scarlet red in colour with Bing cherry and blackberry pie aromas that support lively flavours of dark berry fruit, vanilla, anise and dried herbs. The lingering finish is smooth and velvety.

Rich aromas of black cherry, cola and mocha. Bold tannins frame a powerful mid-palate layered with mouth-filling flavours of ripe blackberry, black currant and chocolate covered cherry, as well as subtle hints of baking spice. Smooth balanced, an elegant finesse defines the long and lingering finish.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Vinification includes double-sorting and whole-berry fermentation using native yeasts. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. Aged 20mths in mostly new French Oak. Notes of blackberries, black cherries, licorice, cedar box and earthiness.

Carrera is a beautiful estate blend which is dominated by Cabernet and Merlot, with tiny splashes of Petit Verdot and Malbec.

Conundrum Red Blend has a nose that is almost floral, with tones of lavender, dried berries, baking chocolate, bacon bits. Aromas are rich, velvety and wonderfully appealing. Silky round entry with acid to balance and high fruit concentration. The nose leaves no doubt about the seriousness of this wine. The palate is fruit driven both before and after the high tannin middle core. The finish is long, not drying of tannin, and beckons a second sip.

Dark purple in colour with aromas of black berries and blue berries, and cinnamon spice. The taste provides good density, firm tannin structure, and a long, smooth finish. Different blocks at the vineyard were fermented separately to preserve ideal characteristics of each.

Full-bodied wine with bold fruit flavours. Dark cherry, blackberry and plum enrich the palate, providing excellent structure.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful nose with layers of berries, cocoa powder, with hints of clove and spice. The tannins build a nice core structure with a round mouthfeel. Dark fruit, wild berries and cocoa flavours lead to a finish with well-integrated oak.

The Louis M. Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep burgundy colour with aromas of dark fruits, smoky cedar and dried herbs. Concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackberry are framed nicely by cedar and toast notes on the finish.

Named for founder Mario Trinchero, this rare jewel of a site surrounds our winery in St. Helena (Napa Valley). This wine is lush, with aromas of warm fig, cassis, fresh plum and mocha. Concentrated blackberries, wild raspberries and black tea flavors are complemented with a soft texture and satin-smooth finish.

Fair in colour, fresh from start to finish. Opens with aromas of blossoms, crisp pear, and a hint of honeysuckle. Bright citrus evokes a clean taste of Meyer Lemons. Round and layered on the palate with an acidity and depth that belie its unoaked character. A perfect compliment to salads, grilled seafood, tomato based dishes, and oysters.

Opaque purple core with bright reddish purple rim. Syrupy nose, with lots of vanilla, and ripe dark fruit, and some cedar coming in from behind. After a while, I noted some nutmeg aroma. This wine was medium bodied, dry, with supple tannins and silky smooth mouth feel. Dark plum, ripe dark fruit and chocolate with a slightly puckering finish. Medium plus length.

A blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Bright garnet colour with aromas of cherries, plums, vanilla and cloves. Flavours include blueberries, black currant, licorice and sweet oak.

A ripe and robust Cabernet Sauvignon that charms with layers of mocha, fresh berries, blackcurrant and subtle black pepper, toasted oak and rich vanilla. Round and luscious with a hint of spice; soft tannins weave into a smooth and lingering finish.

This Chardonnay opens delicately with rich notes of vanilla bean and almond husk, with reminders of a decadent crème brûlée. The creamy custard notes are balanced by a soft minerality and a hint of worn leather. Those creamy notes continue to your palate where they are joined with a light woodiness from the oak. Just like that first bite of brie, this wine will melt in your mouth for a long, creamy finish.

The dark, rich core of the 2015 Continuum has aromas of cacao, black currant, cardamom and savoury wild herb. On the palate it is layered and supple, revealing black cherry and roast espresso notes intertwined with mountain minerals and a hint of tangy orange spice. The wine is lush with ripe chocolatey tannins that lead to a long, expressive finish. 2015, though small in volume, is a mighty vintage for Continuum; one to savour today or age and appreciate for decades to come.

Appealing aromas of black cherry, ripe currant and lightly roasted coffee. Supple tannins and balanced acidity support core flavours of black cherry and blackberry intertwined with sweet herbs and accents of black pepper spice.

Soft and silky, with lingering floral and crushed pomegranate aromas, this medium bodied wine was aged for 11 months in small French oak barrels, which added a hint of toasty vanilla and spice complexity.

This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cassis and crushed berries. ON the palate, flavours of blackberry, raspberry, cedar and tobacco are framed by firm, velvety tannins and a long elegant finish.

The colour is a rich scarlet-red, with opulent aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of caramel. The palate comes alive with flavours of ripe raspberries, strawberry jam, a dense blackberry core, warm gingerbread, and a hint of toffee. It is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity, plush weight on the mid-palate and a wonderfully supple texture. The expansive fruit flavours carry through to a long, pure and persistent finish. When asked to describe this wine, I simply say it’s like a taste of Christmas, all year long.

This wine is made from vineyard blocks up to 120 years old. The extremely low yields of century old vineyards bring notes of plum and cranberry, with a hint of black pepper. This wine has a long, lingering finish.

Purple garnet in appearance with aromas and flavours of blackberries, cherries, plum, currants, dried herbs, spice and toasted oak.

Taste profile of this Cabernet has dark chocolate covered cherries, blackberries, Mocha and baking spice notes. Full and rich on the palate. Aged 15 months in French and American oak. Pairs with grilled Rib eye or stuffed portobello mushrooms.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

This Pinot Noir comes out of the gate with aromas of fresh mixed berries and dark cherries leading to hints of lavender, violets and a touch of cassis. This is an exceptionally balanced wine with good acidity whose flavours are given structure by a light touch of caramelized oak.

Aromas of dark fruit jam, sweet nuts and black pepper that meld with dark berry fruit flavours. The palate is dense and chewy without being overly astringent.

This rich, supple wine bursts with blackberry and dark cherries with hints of spice followed by lush, rounded tannins and a lingering finish.

This full-bodied wine offers rich layers of lush fruit and silky, well-integrated tannins. The mid - palate is juicy with mocha and spice flavours. The wine is supported, not dominated by oak. Toasty, sweet notes with graceful, balanced texture. This wine is restrained with excellent structure and acidity with a long, flavourable finish.

Refreshing, crisp citrus notes accentuate this lively Chardonnay. A medium, rounded mouthfeel is highlighted with flavours of lemon meringue and a pleasing acidity.

Aromas of ripe blueberry, blackberry, maple and nutmeg. Notes of currants, sassafras, and bright red fruits emerge from a dense core of fruit, accented by juicy acidity and a pretty finish.

Full and dense, with strong black & blue fruit from the Petite Sirah, complemented by bright red, slightly candied fruit in the background from the Zinfandel. The dark toasted oak integrates these flavours and finishes on a slightly sweet note.
