Czechvar has a thick, rich head and golden yellow colour. The bouquet is pronounced, typically beer-like, accentuating a hoppy aroma. The lager has a medium to robust body.

Mantuano is a blend of rums that have been aged for up to 8 years. Aromas of dried plums, oak and a delicate spiciness are followed by flavours of dried fruits, wood and vanilla.

A complex blend of Copper pot still rums aged for 12 long years, has a characterful nose, showing fruit cake, rum'n'raisin ice cream, cocoa, dried ginger, cinnamon and clove. Develops baked bananas with fudge sauce and chewy toffee notes alongside vanilla oak and a deeper note of syrupy gingerbread, with hints of orange zest. The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose.

The Selección de Familia has been aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. First creamy, then juicy plum set against a backdrop of coconut. Cooked oak spice and brandy ripple across the palate, chased down by rounded pepper and bold toffee sweetness. Smooth, with thick notes of demerara sugar. Well-rounded, long finish with a hint of pipe tobacco on the tail.

On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.

Golden amber colour with a creamy mousse; light malt, floral hops aromas. Light to medium bodied beer with a creamy mouthfeel, hint of barley and bitter hops on the finis; easy drinking lager.

Crafted from a blend of intense & aromatic rums and finished in deeply charred bourbon casks. The taste is bold and aromatic with notes of gingerbread, lychee and toffee with a long finish.

Golden amber in colour, floral and fruity notes of apricot and banana, with hints of vanilla and a subtle smokiness imparted by the Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is patiently aged.

This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla.
