The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. Nose: Floral, light smoke, nutty, orange zest. Palate: Fresh, hint of sweetness, honey, oak, citrus. Body: Full bodied. Finish: Long, subtle vanilla, soft oily, subtle sweetness.

Good Sherried body with fruity aromas. Very soft and rounded with fruity notes.

Light gold colour, aromas of sweet orchard green apple, juicy sweet pears, delicate lavender honey, smooth vanilla cream and zesty sherbet lemon. On the palate an initial burst of citrus lemon zest and tangy grapefruit, then rich all-butter shortbread and soft baked apples which is followed by a hint of sweet sugared almonds. The finish is smooth and sweet with hint of toasted almonds.

Auburn gold colour. Aromas of mixed spices, praline, and spiced orange harmonizing with rich, deep notes of Oloroso Sherry. On the Palate orange, black cherries, dried fruit and ginger spiked with dark bitter chocolate and enriched with sherry and oak.

The palate is smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime.

The oak cradles the soft fruit of distillation with a perfect balance and harmony. The delicate sweetness and luscious texture are like velvet on the palate. The balance of those sweet ripe stoned fruit flavours with the vanilla, caramel and brown sugar notes of the oak is perfect, this vintage of Islay barley is bottled at just the right moment to capture the DNA of our island and the whisky we distil on its shores. Add a touch of water and watch as the natural oils react in the glass releasing wonderful floral notes of hawthorn and heather.

A portion of this blended Scotch whisky is finished in cognac casks for a refined, fruity and velvety taste. Flavours of poached pears intermingled with butterscotch and caramel toffees, all rolled up in a wonderful velvety texture.

We use casks that once contained premium Caribbean rum to finish our 21 Year Old expression. This expression spends four months finishing in Gran Reserva barrels selected by our Malt Master, adding to its distinctive and complex flavour. Experience an intense and vanilla sweet aroma, floral with hints of banana, followed by a soft, lively taste with lime, ginger and spice and a complex and exceptionally long ending.

Sweet and fruity aromas of honey and apricot jam, with notes of sweet cinnamon bread and subtle sensation of spicy liquorice. Succulent flavours of mandarins in syrup, ripe poached pears and chocolate-dipped raisins. The finish is incredibly smooth and luscious.

On the nose, astonishingly perfumed and filled with fruity complexity. Soft notes of rose, jasmine and carnation blend with ripe, red fruits, mint toffee and cake mix. Spicy notes on the palate with additional hints of soft, red fruits, pineapple, pear, oranges, ginger and sweet chili.

The full, sweet flavour typical of Spanish sherry with sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butter toffee. The bite of hazelnut tasted through a chocolate coating, spice notes and hints of leather add the overwhelming sense of richness.

There is no age statement. This sumptuous, special reserve whisky is aged first in American oak bourbon casks for smooth, fruity notes. It is then finished in hand-selected wine casks from Sauternes, the most famous and ancient sweet wine-growing region of France. These Sauternes casks bring layers of mellow sweetness to Glenmorangie’s renowned smooth style. Non chill-filtered for enhanced aroma and texture. Nectar D’Or is enjoyed around the globe.

This single malt scotch has scents of citrus and ripening peaches and a hint of vanilla. Vanilla, ripe fruit and floral note are detected on the tongue. A ten-year-old single malt, Glenmorangie Original is produced by marrying the delicate spirits that emerges from Scotland’s tallest stills, with first and second fill American white oak casks.

The Glenmorangie 14 Year Old Port Cask Finish has been matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured in specially selected Ruby port pipes from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. Extra maturation is a wood finishing technique pioneered at the Glenmorangie distillery. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours.

Aromas of caramel and toffee popcorn, with notes of almond, vanilla, citrus and slight hint of peat smoke. Full and creamy on the palate, with sweet notes of barley sugar, candied orange peel, milk chocolate sitting alongside subtle salinity and sweet smoke. Finsih is long with fading caramel sweetness, citrus peel and smoke.

Aromas of sandalwood, cranberries, and apples. On the palate walnuts, red berries, butter tarts, Marzipan, cherries, toasted nut, capsicum and a woody texture.

Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic cost, is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both sherry and bourbon barrels. This sherry cask Scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of oloroso barrels, imparting a balance of dried fruits, dark chocolate and rich peat smoke into the spirit.

Aged in used Caribbean rum barrels. Aromas of pear and red apple meet a fabulous tropical twist of ripe bananas in syrup. On the palate, rich caramel toffee notes are followed by mandarin orange, vanilla, and honey dew melon. Well balanced and exceptionally smooth.

Sherry cask aging aids the development of complex aromas of vanilla and flavours of balanced fruit, oak and spice. The finish is long with fruit, oak and spice notes.

The Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Cask Finish Highland Single Malt has hints of red summer fruit, chocolate and a sweet spice on the finish from the Chateau de Chassagne-Montrachet barriques.

Waterproof is a Sherry-influenced malt whisky from a handful of top distilleries, it is a balanced and “sherry-influenced” dram. This complex whisky has fruit characteristics.

Succulent aromas of pear, vanilla and honeysuckle and oranges. An extravaganza of flavours, from swirls of orange sherbet to bursts of crème brûlée drizzled with chocolate fudge. The finish is long, wonderfully chewy and sweet.
