The 2010 Cognac cask is a limited edition rare cask finished, non chill-filtered Irish single malt whiskey. After maturing quietly for exactly 7 and a half years in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, Helen Mulholland, our Master Blender, finished this whiskey in rare Cognac casks for 2 and a half years. The fruit-rich Cognac imparts mellow dried fruit notes and a spicy vanilla sweetness.

Bushmills 12YO old is 100% malted barley, triple-distilled, then aged for 10 years individually in seasoned bourbon barrels and sherry casks before being married into an extremely smooth whiskey. Floral and fruity with a drop of pear and pineapple, and a distinct nutty malt character.

Founded by CEO Connor McGregor, the name from the district of Dublin he grew up in. It's a blend of triple distilled single malt, Irish grain spirit, and matured in bourbon barrels. The aroma is charred oak, vanilla, honey with flavours of chocolate and rip green apple and a soft finish. Enjoy it straight up or with your favourite mixer.

Nose: A rich infusion of pot still spices and Spanish oak with the controlled influence of Oloroso Sherry allow deep darker fruits, prunes, dates and figs to mingle with licorice, marzipan, toasted oak and the typical Redbreast spices. Triple distilled, and aged in American oak Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. Ripe and fruity aromas with luscious peach, dried apricot and tropical fruit notes with additional hints of orange blossom and vanilla fudge. Vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, a little oak, digestive biscuits, apricots, and a hint of cocoa flavours fill the mouth. An ode to Donegal whiskeys of days gone by, the Legendary Silkie is a beautifully balanced blend of the finest double and triple distilled single malts and grain whiskeys. Non-chill filtered, and incredibly soft with a stunning natural sweetness. The 2% peated malt in the blend adds a kiss of peat smoke.

Nose: At first honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, all spice and fruits. Taste: Clean and mellow honey malt and then the taste complexity reveals itself - rich dried fruit, spices, nuts and sweet oils. Finish: A pleasant gentle wood with honey sweetness fading slowly.

A wonderful blend of Single Pot and Single Malt whiskey with aromas of apple and hints of vanilla. Gently spiced with ginger and orchard fruit flavours followed by a long and elegant finish that highlights notes of dark chocolate.
