On the palate an initial burst of citrus lemon zest and tangy grapefruit, then rich all-butter shortbread and soft baked apples which is followed by a hint of sweet sugared almonds. The finish is smooth and sweet with hint of toasted almonds.

Auburn gold colour. Aromas of mixed spices, praline, and spiced orange harmonizing with rich, deep notes of Oloroso Sherry. On the Palate orange, black cherries, dried fruit and ginger spiked with dark bitter chocolate and enriched with sherry and oak.

An explosion of crackling peat sets off millions of flavour explosions on the tongue: peat effervesces with tangy lemon and lime juice, black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee. This is followed by a wave of brine infused with smooth buttermilk, ripe bananas and currants. Smoke gradually wells up on the palate bringing a mouthful of warm creamy cappuccino and toasted marshmallows. As the taste lengthens and deepens, dry espresso, liquorice root and tarry smoke develop coating the palate with chewy peat oils.

A marriage of whisky aged in Sauternes wine casks together with classic Ardbeg aged in ex-bourbon casks. Smoked lemon peel, apricot and balsamic vinegar notes.

Created with roasted black malt. Notes of charcoal and sweet smoke make for an impactful aroma. Flavourful, with hints of aniseed and dark chocolate in the taste profile.

The maple smoked sea salt is less bitter and less salty than usual sea salt with a smoky, savoury zing and an almost sweet but briny taste.

Blackened Whisky started as a collaboration between Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and Metallica, but when Dave passed away in 2018, Master Distiller Rob Dietrich joined the team in 2019 and now oversees the Blackened American Whiskey distilling process. A blend of hand-selected, well-aged North American bourbon & rye whiskeys, uniquely finished in black brandy casks and the earth-shattering music of Metallica. Each batch of whiskey is blasted with it's very own Metallica playlist, curated by the band themselves. Burnt caramel, oak and honey on the nose along with notes of cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit, clove and mint. The finish is long and smooth with a taste profile that is slightly creamy with hints of butterscotch, toffee and maple.

On the palate there is a noticeable delicacy and softness in texture and style. The balance of flavour is superb as the smoke wraps loosely around the sweetness drawn from deep within the oak, Coconut, vanilla custard, lemon honey combines with smoked oysters and sun baked salty sand. The finish is smoky but also the soft sweetness of fudge and malted barley, orange, mango and Banoffee pie hinting of the depth and quality of the oak. The many layers interchange on each sip.

This single malt is malted to a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks. Initial aromas of sweet nutty smoke, barley sugar and ripe fruit lead way to syrupy apricot, ripe peat, malty vanilla, crème brulee, honey, tablet, coconut, almonds and charred oak. On the palate, dense smoked granola and honeyed lead to smoked apricot jam, barley four, peat embers, burnt heather, gooseberry citrus and sweet Turkish delight. Oak chips, sugared almonds and chocolate limes come toward the finish.

This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.

Bulleit Bourbon is russet in colour, with a rich, oaky aroma. The unique high rye content in Bulleit Bourbon imparts a distinctively dry, clean flavour. Mellow and smooth, Bulleit Bourbon has hints of vanilla, honey and a long, smoky finish.

Matured for an initial 9 years in American White Oak ex-Bourbon casks. During the final 3 years the whiskey is transferred to 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts.

The nose is quite thick and full. There is a beautiful sweetness with notes of toasty oak, toffee, spicy stewed fruits, a touch of resin and a lovely crème anglaise character. The palate is full and sublimely smooth with notes of stewed Bramley apples, malmsey, a touch of aniseed and a hint of spice. The finish is of good length with toasty oak notes and a creamy sweetness.

This whisky is aged for 18 years in barrel, including 10 months in Brandy Casks. Very aromatic with notes of caramel, blueberry compote, raisins, dates and figs. On the palate caramel, corn syrup and blueberry compote; well grilled flapjacks, crispy bacon and butter syrup. The finish is rich and long, spicy and toasty.

Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, this amber spirit has a light, briny vanilla scent and a silky feel. A veil of smoke rises through the Scotch (but fades out fast), leaving behind a sweet nutty, vanilla finish.

We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. Our Tennessee Sipping Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. The entry follows suit with a slightly sweet entry that immediately turns to dry, cut oak and a little smoke. A bit stronger and bolder than the original Maker's Mark, Maker's Mark NO 46 has a rich, creamy seared-oak flaovor. Caramel and vanilla notes linger on the front of the palate, but it is still soft enough to hold on the tongue.

Michter's US 1 is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features high quality American corn, and batched in a tank that yields a maximum of 20 full barrels. Rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth and an oak finish.

We start with corn grains and after multiple distillations we put the liquid into charred used bourbon barrels. After 20 years we have drawn and blended from our cherished reserves, we then age a further 6 months in sherry barrels and create a smooth, luxurious depth of flavour rich in oak, spices, and a light fruit sweetness.

This melt-in-the-mouth malt has the most profound flavours crashing in like waves. At first, the delivery feels sublimely silky and studded with oak-like honey. First produced in Maryland in the 1890s, Pikesville Rye, along with the rest of the once-booming Maryland Rye industry, was shuttered by Prohibition. The brand re-emerged after Prohibition and became the last standing Maryland Rye, as the rest of the industry's production had ceased. The taste is dry and spicy, with honeyed rye and cloves.
