With generous usage of malted wheat, this beer starts soft and fluffy with notes of honey and biscuit. After our souring process and the inclusion of French sea-salt, the beer becomes tart, lemony and refreshing. Mango Peach Cosmos is a variation of our Dry Hopped Sour. This beer is tart with big blasts of fruit from the generous addition of mango and peach.

An unbelievable amount of Blackberries were jammed into this kettle sour beer, pouring a bright magenta with a brilliant pink head. Jam-like berry flavour layered with a gentle hint of vanilla creates a dessert like experience with a tart finish.

This beer has loads of fresh raspberries, which are sweet on the nose but on the palate it's much more complex with a cheeky tartness that cuts through like a velvety chocolate fondue. The brew appears in a glass like a rich, molten chocolate jewel. The collision of dark colour and deep flavour with the bright sourness of the fruit is unexpected but welcomed.

This delicate sour has a cloudy straw like appearance, with an slight floral aroma and a tart earthy taste.
